+ 0 moreHe did a good sales job to get the work. He was late in completing the work. He never kept the work area clean. He tried to convince us the hazing of the finish and the spots on the floors, in various areas was natural. The floors started peeling and buckling in areas in the weeks after he was complete and paid in full. In conclusion, there are compounding issues from miss-milled boards being installed and not replaced. This along with the peeling and cloudy finish on the boads, especially on the downstairs. The peeling is very bad on the upstairs. The above information was confirmed by an independent inspector who is certified with the National Wood Flooring Association.
Description of Work: installed new 5" Brazilian Cherry Hardwood floors. Sanded, stained and finished with 2 coats of Bona water-borne commercial grade polyurethane.
