+ -1 moreJohn was excellent. It took about five days for them to get to the job, but he called me a couple of times to make sure I knew he had not forgotten about me. Upon inspecting the leak, the Classic guy identified an area equal in size to a couple of squares, where the shingles were simply falling off the roof due to poor workmanship from a previous roofer. They also identified another area in the valley that was about to start leaking. Finally, they showed me where the flanges on the pipe vents were never seated and could simply be lifted off. They replaced two squares of shingles, the valley flange, and sealed the vent pipe flanges. Job took about three hours.
Description of Work: After some recent heavy rains in the San Antonio, my home developed a roof leak in a valley between two roof lines. Inspected the leak from the attic and could see daylight where the flashing in the valley appeared to have shifted.
