 + -1 moreThis is a classic s***** ball operation. I had Circle come out to diagnose an system they installed several years ago which stopped working. They came out and gave me a proposal for over $2,000 and said the entire system had to be changed out. I called a competitor to see if that was necessary. They reprogrammed the system in 30 minutes and only charged me $125. The system is now functioning properly. I can't stand companies that try and take advantage of you like Circle tried to do. Don't use them!
