+ -1 moreLarry Turner is the technician that comes to our home. He is always on time...usually even a few minutes early. He is very polite and friendly, and he takes time to greet my inquisitive cat as well. Larry always asks if we are seeing any bugs, and, if so, what kind and where. He is extra careful about making sure the doors are closed all the way when he goes in and out. He reminds me to call if we see any bugs before the next spraying. The office will call and set up an appointment at my convenience about a week prior to the next quarterly spraying. I feel as though this company really appreciates my business!
Description of Work: We have our home and yard treated quarterly. We are on contract, but it can be cancelled at any time. The good thing about the contract is that if you notice any bugs in between sprayings, they will come and treat the area again at no charge. Their product is very effective, and we have only had to have them come back and re-treat once, and that was right after we bought the home. We appreciate the fact that the products they use are organic, which are safer for us and our pets.
