I had the pleasure of hiring Chris to inspect my potential home. My realtor referred him to me. I have used other inspectors before both here and out of state. His thoroughness was unmatched. He has the ability to explain electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems to people of all educational backgrounds. I asked him a bunch of questions and he made sure I understood his responses. The quality that I value the most was when he did not know the answer, he said that rather than give me BS. I am in the process of having the seller make repairs based on what Chris found. He reviews the documentation/receipts and responds to me within 24hrs to explain what was done and whether it was satisfactory. He will come and reinspect the house once all the repairs have been done for FREE. He gives discounts on additional inspections just in case the deal is terminated. He is on the buyer's side. His prices are very competitive. I was able to get the inspection and termite report completed for less than a prior inspector's fee for just the inspection. The report was very detailed explaining terms and providing maintenance advice. I feel comfortable asking him questions even if it is for the second or third time. He is a very patient and respectful person. I definitely recommend using Chris Russo Home Inspections.
