Description of Work: Everything you need in a good realtor. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and straightforward. She devoted as much time as we needed to price the house realistically and to get the house ready to sell. She was always available to us and kept us informed and up to date through closing. Everything went super smoothly. We'd definitely recommend her and would use her again.

+ -1 moreAlthough the process of selling my house was not without its glitches, my agent, Christine Henderson, did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. She had it listed within hours of our agreement, presented several offers within the week, and submitted an accepted agreement within days of listing. A problem arose on the buyer's side that would have caused me a significant delay and additional costs. She and quot;talked me off the cliffand quot; and provided me a clear picture of what my options were. I opted not to extend the contract and to seek a back up offer. She was able to secure an even better offer in a very short period of time and guide me through ending the contract with the previous potential buyer. Even with a new offer/buyer, I was still able to close within 10 days of my initial goal. She responded to every call in a timely manner. Her experience in real estate was evident. She admitted when she did not know the answer to a question, but got back to me as soon as she had the answer. Buying or selling a home is a very stressful and emotional experience. The best decision I made in the entire process was getting Christine to help me with it.
