+ -1 moreIn addition to the above information, there were a couple of times that we contacted her in Texas for advice on issues with the house and builder. She was very gracious and even contacted the builder once on our behalf, during the first year.
Description of Work: Chris Finley was our buyer agent. We were new to the area and her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. We were traveling from Maryland to SC looking for homes. She was very attentive to our desires. We communicated via email and phone on a daily basis. Once we decided to build in SC, she was our eyes on site, since we were out of state. She sent a weekly report of progress which included photos of the house construction. Our builder also worked closely with her as he knew she was reporting to us. We became good friends during this process and were sorely saddened when she had to move with her husband to Texas. In fact she stayed behind him to help us with the final walk through and closing on the house, before joining him there. We could not ask for a better agent. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone.

+ -1 moreI emailed several agents in the New Braunfels/San Antonio as my husband and I were preparing to move from Nebraska to Texas. Christine was one of only two agents that responded to my request for services to look for rental property in the area, and she answered quickly. She was slightly familiar with New Braunfels but willing to drive from San Antonio to meet me and drive me around to look at multiple properties. Christine was very helpful in the rental application process. My husband and I were so impressed with her service that we will use her again if we decide to buy a home in the area.
