CHOICE LEATHER FURNITURE

After lots of research, went to this store to purchase a Flexsteel power reclining loveseat. Salesman was patient as I was torn between a few models late Saturday afternoon. FInally ordered sofa and was told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks but it arrived 3 weeks later. Delivery was professional. Love my new sofa.

We were promised the furniture by a certain date, and when we called to confirm we were told it would be several more weeks. We asked for a phone call when a more specific delivery date was available. We did not hear from the company, so we called again. We complained that we were not being updated with information, and that we only knew the furniture would be late because we called. No apology was made, only excuses. We called again in a few weeks, and were given a specific delivery date. They were supposed to deliver between noon and 4 pm on a Saturday. Our furniture was delivered at 11:30 pm that night. We were never contacted to advise that the delivery was running late. All in all, our furniture arrived six weeks late, we were treated rudely, no apologies were made, and the delivery schedule was unpredictable. Poor customer service, but the furniture was well-made.
