Chambliss worked with a team of carpenters, electricians and tile setters a few years ago and did an outstanding job remodeling our bathroom.

Kevin was prompt in responding and when he showed up to do the job the guys were great. They were prompt, pleasant, and professional. We discussed future projects and put together a quote as well as brainstormed some ideas. I am definitely going to use them in the future.

I had a backed up kitchen sink, a leaky bathtub faucet, and a finicky toilet. The representative called and arrived right on time. Got the job done in a timely and professional manner. When it came time for the bill I was prepared for the worst. To my surprise the cost was extremely reasonable, far less than what I anticipated!! Honestly, I was thrilled with the service and the price. I would (and already have) recommend Chambliss Plumbing Co. to my friends and family and anyone else who needs plumbing services!

The repairman showed up right on time. He had to leave for an additional part and came back very quicly. He did an outstanding job from start to finish. GOOD JOB.

Offered to repair if I didn't have someone available. Very courteous, on task, and explained all that was being done. I would definitely use them again.

They were diligent, neat and competent. The found several instances where they could save me money. The soiled a bath matt and offer to pay for it. (It came clean anyway.) I called them again on an unrelated item. Again, they did an great job. Super professional and competent. I highly recommend this company!

I called Chambliss Plumbing first thing in the morning and described the work that needed to be done. I asked for a quote and was told that to replace a shutoff valve would run approx $165 for parts and labor as long as the job did not take over an hour. I was able to schedule a time for the repair to be done in the afternoon. The crew actually arrived 20 min early (after calling to confirm it was O.K. to do so) and had the whole thing done in under an hour as expected. The cost for the repair was slightly higher due to the need to replace some of the pipe surrounding the leaking valve, but was very close to the estimate given over the phone. Both technicians were very professional and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Since we still had the issue of a cracked sewage pipe allowing roots to enter the drain, Richard recommended a video camera to locate the problem spot. Richard was very professional, detailed, and honest in answering all my questions regarding the root problem. He had Chambliss call me to schedule an appointment for a video cam inspection.

I called a number of Angie's List top rated providers to get estimates to replace the outside shutoff valve which no longer let me shut off the water. I needed to shut off the water in order to attempt an inside water leak repair myself. I used another AL top provider previously who put in the shutoff value only a couple years ago - but the value they put in was clearly not a heavy duty valve. The metal handle would not hold its shape OR turn off the water after such a short time. Its amazing how hard it is to get an estimate over the phone. I completely understand that not all situations can be accurately estimated over the phone, but SOME idea based on Q&A seems realistic for any firm that has done this a while in my area, or in the city. When I called Chambliss I spoke to someone who then called a plumber to call me back. I got a call back within 15 minutes and after a very nice 20 minute Q&A I got a reasonable estimate and clearly was talking to someone who knew their plumbing. Richard and Adam were then scheduled to come out first thing the following morning (my initial call was late in the day and was not an emergency). Richard and Adam were fantastic! Nice guys, professional, and clearly know their trade. They confirmed the estimate I received over the phone and then looked at my inside leak. Since they were here anyway it was cheaper for them to do the leak repair properly. After I called the day before, I realized that one of my outside hose faucets needed attention also. The inside leak, as it turns out, was far out of my DIY skill range so I am VERY thankful I did not attempt it myself! I would have only wasted a ton of time & money, and ultimately I would not have succeeded. We recently put in new baseboards upstairs and one of the nails went through the copper pipe in the wall (doh!). THAT was the cause of the leak. The outside hose faucet I had put in only a few years ago basically disintegrated and completely fell apart (thanks Lowes!) . And again since they were here I let them take care of that from my honey-do-list. They offer to extend/fix a different outside faucet so it wasn't so close to the wall, which I couldn't be happier about. In doing that the faucet fell apart so I had them replace both additional faucets so as to not have any issues over the winter. They finished everything 2.5 hours, cleaned up, and confirmed all was good. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Chambliss and Richard & Adam! I will be using them for my future plumbing needs as they do top-notch work at a very fair price!

I called them Wednesday, and set up appt. for 9-10 on Thursday. Lonnie called me right at 9, said he would be here in about 15 minutes, and showed up right on time. He and josh were both very friendly and professional. They got straight to work and finished in about 30 minutes or so. Lonnie showed me what was in the drain....a huge clump go caulk left by the builder. He then completely cleaned out the drain, and replaced the stopper. It was not turning at all to open/close the drain. I checked several reviews on AL before calling them. I'm so glad I chose them. It seems like their price was better than most is seen, and I could not have been happier with the service. I will definitely use them again, and I'll be requesting Lonnie! Thanks for all your help!

They were very efficient, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and I could not say enough about them. I would highly recommend them to others.

Chambliss Plumbing was selected from Angie's List. The problem was a faulty kitchen plumbing fixture. There was an immediate scheduling for this repair. The plumbers were scheduled in a timely manner; reported within two days for the repair; and completed the work with a minimum of repair time. We were very impressed with the professional manner that the work was done. An Angie's List Coupon was used to reduce the overall cost. This is an outstanding company.

Overall job was done very well. When the pressure relief valve on the water tank started leaking slightly the next day, Skylar returned promptly and replaced the valve with a new one at no additional charge.

One of our faucets in the master bathroom was leaking. When I called Chambliss to make an appointment, they didn't have the parts for my old faucet. My husband and I purchased new faucets from a local retailer and made an appointment to have them installed. Within 2 days Chambliss Plumbing came out. Richard and his assistant arrived promply at 2:00. They got right to work and finished both faucets by 3:30. Richard, the plumber, was punctual and professional about the whole process. He explained that we needed to replace the shutoff valves and copper tubing besides. He was very up front about the pricing and I thought the pricing was fair. They were polite and left everything in clean condition. I was impressed with Richard's work and will recommend Chambliss Plumbling Company to not only my family members, but to my friends and neighbors as well.

Chambliss was the fourth company I contacted for a leak my front lawn retaining wall. The three companies before them, all heavily advertised around the city, were down right out to profit from my troubles. Being a Single Mother trying to keep it together through these tough times, I don't take too kindly to being pushed for spending money. So when Chambliss told me there was a $ 35 fee for a tech to diagnose and give an estimate I was not happy. But I learnt something, a fee for diagnostic/ estimate keeps a company honest. Chambliss didn't try to sell me absurd physics defying scenarios of what may have happened. Just gave me a Honest diagnose and estimate. The job was very Expensive but I Paid for Honest Labor put into it. If you pick this company for your plumbing repairs, they will do a honest and clean job. And in my experience each dollar billed to you will be well deserved. Good Luck.

We had a sewer stoppage from roots a month ago. We first called Roto Rooter who found the hole with tree roots near the main sewer line in the alley. They replaced an eight foot section (one-piece C-vent section at a depth of 6 feet. They charged $2,500 for this 8-hour job and told us it would cost $3,300 to finish the remaining 30 feet up to the house. Luckily, we told them "no." We then went to Angie's List and found Chambliss, they came right out and gave us an extimate of $2,100. Roto Rooter's job would have cost us approximately $2,800. If I had given this job to Chambliss from the beginning, I am estimating the entire job would have cost approximately $3000 to 3500.

CHAMBLISS--EXCELLENT COMPANY, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Approx. 8:30 p.m. Friday night I noticed water leaking from the fitting below the expansion tank. I called Chambliss and was transferred to the on-call plumber. Josh answered immediately. He said he was booked solid for Saturday work, but would do his best to add my repair, but if he couldn't come out Saturday, he would be here Monday. He explained what I should do to relieve pressure from the water heater to temporarily stop the leak until he could fix it. After this conversation I noticed water below the water heater and on the floor and thought it best to call back in case it was worse than I initially thought. Again, he answered the call immediately. Saturday morning at 9:45 he called and said he had a cancellation. He was here within 1/2 hour. He repaired the water heater. He also installed a shut-off valve on the water softener. Josh did a great job, very efficient and the work was done in a neat and timely manner. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Chambliss to anyone looking for a reputable, honest and fair priced company. Their ethical attitude is why so many customers are happy with and stay with CHAMBLISS. They were prompt, arrived when they said they would, explained what was need and immediately began work, and didn't slow play with time like some service contractors do. Plus, they did the required work and nothing else, and didn't try to squeeze addition $$ out of the job. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally. Bottom line, I couldn't be more pleased with this company and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable plummer with reasonable pricing. Real pleasant experience. When replacing our downstairs toilet, my husband saw that the pipe and flange were broken. The plumber sent by our Home Warranty Company said the job was not covered by insurance and would require digging under the house with replacement of entire pipe for a cost of $4,000. We called Chambliss Plumbing for a second opinion. Lonnie was great! He came to our house promptly and explained carefully what had happened to the pipe and what needed to be done to fix it. He did a wonderful job, even replacing a leaky cut off and supply line. He retiled the floor and put our new toilet in for us. He cleaned up the bathroom and even hauled away our old toilet. He also did all this for $3,000 less than the initial plumber's estimate. It was such a pleasure working with Lonnie. I would not hesitate for one minute to call Chambliss Plumbing again.

Received a phone estimate from this company after finding them on Angie's List. Their bid was about $200 less than the other bid I received and plus they gave 5% off for Angie's List customers. Two nice young gentlemen showed up on time and went over the estimate with me to make sure the work order was accurate. They were very friendly, polite ("yes ma'am"), and professional. I couldn't be home at the time, so they called me with updates after each project was completed and gave me a time frame for completion of the remaining items so that I could return to pay. Finished as scheduled. Everything works beautifully. I'd highly recommend Chambliss Plumbing.

They communicated very well with me as far as what is needed to be done. They were very easy to deal with and there prices were much more reasonable. I am very happy with their great performance and will continue to use them if needed.
