Very pleased with the plumber that CHAMBLISS PLUMBING sent to our home. Will use again.

I called them on the 25th and they were booked. I have had work done from them before in December and they were very good at installing my refridgerator and fixing a leak. They were wonderful when they heard about my situation when speaking with the receptionist. I called about a leak in my water heater and I only had the problem for a day. The technician came out and was prepared with a new water heater. He informed me about how to conduct the cleaning and flushing out of the water heater on a yearly basis. He told me about the new regulations and the warranty. He also cleaned up everything was related to the job.

When I called Chambliss, the woman who answered the phone was great. She was responsive, friendly and very helpful. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. They day of the service, Skyler called to let me know he was on his way and when to expect him. He was very professional and efficient. He did a great job fixing and installing everything. He also explained about the issues with the upstairs toilet and sink. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

This company is very user-friendly. They responded promptly, gave a fair estimate, and returned to do the work as scheduled. Since installation required removing some tile, they recommended a company who could replace the tile for us. After we'd talked with the tile company and approved the work, Chambliss coordinated with them to have the replacement done as soon as the repairs could be accomplished. The workmen was careful to remove as few tiles as necessary to complete the work, and even repaired a leak in the toilet at no charge They were very tidy and left no mess for us to clean up. We are pleased with the work.

Great! Arrived same day and his operators were professional, informative and helpful. Scheduled same day appointment because I felt we had a big problem. He arrived and diagnosed a simple problem and advised us of our next steps. He changed out several valves in laundry room, and removed and installed a new kitchen faucet. Kevin was polite, professional and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely call again.

They responded to our initial request quickly and provided detailed information. Once on-site they informed us of the steps they were taking and even provided in-site to the design of our new bath fixtures. We had one hiccup but all in all it went well and we would recommend them for future customers.

Chambliss Plumbing, from the ladies answering the phone to the techs that come to the rescue are all professionals. I have used this service at least twice now and have been treated fairly on each occasion. I appreciate Skylar's and Adam's quick assessment and completion of the job. I realize that I was fortunate they had a previous call in my neighborhood so I could have my problem resolved because it was a Monday morning and things can get backed up after a weekend. On Sunday evening, we heard a gurgling noise and quickly developed slow running drains. I checked the outside clean out on the septic side of the house. I removed the cap and out came the backed up water and waste form the backed up drain. I called Chambliss Plumbing early Monday morning and was fortunate to be able to get them here that morning. When I called them, I did not know they were on Angie's List but had used them in the past with excellent results. Skylar and Adam responded (the same two that came previously) after they completed another call in the neighborhood. When they arrived, I described the problem to them and they immediately got the machine off the truck and fixed the problem. They cleared the line and we were good to go within about 30 minutes. This is exactly the kind of company that I think of when I see the Angie's List commercials.

I had some foundation work completed and the foundation company sent out a plumbing company to do a hydrostatic test after they completed the foundation lift. That plumbing company came out and told me that there was a severe leak in the sewer line under the house and it was going to be another $600 to diagnose. I didn't trust that company and found Chambliss Plumbing on Angie's List. The plumber, Andre, and an assistant, josh (I think), from Chambliss came out and filled the sewer line and said there was no leak. I was a little reluctant considering how bad of a leak the other plumbing company told me I had. There was water in the street in front of our house so I assumed that it was from the sewer line break that the A&A plumbing told me I had. Andre put a camera in at the clean out in front of the house showed me video of the entire sewer line and then even went from the clean out in front of the house to the city sewer main which showed not leaks at all. He even helped diagnosed the problem with the water in the street and said it was coming form SAWS which he was correct. I was in the process of remodeling a home and needed some minor plumbing stuff done so I just had them to that for me.

They did really well. They fixed what they were supposed to. However, I purchased some parts for them to use to avoid labor charges, they didn't need to use any of the parts. They took the parts down to their junk bin before they left and I let them know that I wanted those so I could return them. They went through the bin to find the parts and were only able to find half of them.

They were very professional and I was really impressed by their overall quality and professionalism. Thanks to Angie's list!

I made an appointment for Chambliss to make a service call to my house. The office set up a convenient time a couple of days later. The technicians (Skylar and an assistant) arrived promptly, looked at the situation, recommended a solution, and fixed the problem. They provided and installed a new tank to bowl kit, flapper, and supply line to the commode after telling me the cost. There was a 5% discount because I selected this company from Angie's List. The total cost was $152. It was nice to be able to have a degree of comfort when selecting this company due to Angie's List. And I will use them again for plumbing issues.

The pilot light on the installed water heater would not remain lit. We had to do it manually to heat water, but when the set temperature was reached, the gas turned off, including the pilot. We also had what I thought was a water seal leak under the bidet, and we have been putting up with a loose shower handle for 6 years, to the point of keeping a screw driver in the shower to tighten the screw. I called Chambliss on Tuesday, 16 April, asking if they would do a service call in Comal County. I was scheduled for 0915, 18 April. Richard, the Chambliss plumber, called when he left the office and was here on time. He and Troy looked at the water heater and advised that it might still be under warranty. They checked and no luck. He offered to replace the pilot sender unit, but because of the age of the heater, 7 years, he recommended a new heater. He went back to his office and returned around noon to install it. It took about an hour and we now have hot water with no worry of gas leaks. As to the bidet, he found that it was a loose stopper mechanism and tightened it. He tried to get the part for the shower handle, but no luck. He referred me to Khoeler to get the small part. Called them and they immediately FedExed a part and spare. Chambliss is about the best plumbing service that I have worked with. Richard has 20 years experience with the company, having started as a 15 yr. old apprentice. He was the height of professionalism and was fun to work with--just a real nice guy. His assistant, Troy, was just starting out, but was also very professional and friendly. Chambliss also offers an Angie's List coupon worth 5% of the bill. That was a substantial amount of money. I would hire this company again without compunction.

Excellent. Called them after getting several quotes from others who would not explain the breakouts for the total installation charges. Chambliss was helpful, provided the information I needed, and had the best quote among others I contacted.

Joaquin and Troy were very professional and the work was done quickly.

My toilet was "rocking". I got a couple of rough estimates on the phone and they had the best price. I was able to schedule within 1 day. The office and plumber both called when he was on his way and within the time range given. He was quick and efficient. Cleaned up after the repair and rechalked the base. I also got an estimate to move my water softner and add a reverse osmosis filtration in the kitchen which I plan to have them do in the future.

Removed old toilet and replaced it with a new one (I purchased it at Lowe's). Wanted to make sure I got the toilet I wanted. Joaquin removed the old one and cleaned up after he was completed. Did a good job.

They didn’t do any work for me because it turned out that the leak was not from a pipe. However, they were prompt, professional, and gave me a referral for somebody else.

I found that my water heater pan was full of water. I heard about Angie's list so I decided to them a try so I signed up. I was in the market for a honest and fair plumber to diagnose the problem. I feared that it would need to be replaced. My suspicion was correct, I had a bad water heater. I called Chambliss Pluming around 1pm and someone was able to assess the situation around 2pm. Joaquin Corrales was extremely upfront, professional, and knowledgeable. It was replace and installed the same day. I would have to say that I was very pleased with their service.

I really like the service providers...just not the over priced costs.

They are outstanding. We have been very satisfied with them each time.
