The installers were on time and did a professional job. The work was done timely and right. Andre was conscientious.

The plumber, Clayton, was timely and friendly. He did the work and even corrected a problem that we were experiencing with one of the faucets that we were having him relocate. The new faucet installation in the kitchen was great and we love it.

I called Chambliss Plumbing and the woman I spoke with was able to set up service for the next day. The plumber showed up right on time and got right to work. He seemed to know what he was doing. The service took 4 hours instead of 2, however, because he decided to bypass the sprinkler system, and there were a few leaks. I was concerned that there would be too much water pressure for the sprinkler system, but he assured me it would be fine. Well, he was wrong. The next time the sprinklers went off, two of the heads blew off and we had geysers instead of sprinklers, and here was also an underground leak. We got all that fixed, and the next time the sprinklers went off, another head blew off. All that was very frustrating, but I must say that the water pressure in the house is great.

It could not have gone better. I have long been looking for a good plumber since my last good one retired. Chambliss was recommended by another contractor, so I decided to try them out. I originally called only about the toilet and shower arm diverter. I was not going to replace the Moen water valve because I figured it would be too expensive, and I plan to redo entire bathroom soon. But since the plumber conveniently already stocked this on the truck, and only took a few more minutes to install, I was very glad I did, the new valve is wonderful compared with the old stiff and leaky one, even if it's only for a few more months. The plumber showed up right on time and got right to work, completing all jobs quickly and cleanly and perfectly as far as I can tell. After work was completed, I asked a few questions about my future bathroom remodel and got very reasonable sounding advice. I was particularly glad that Chambliss charged by the actual time, and worked efficiently. Other plumbers charge by "the book" and that would have cost far more to do these three separate items, especially since I asked for and got an additional item of work done at no extra cost.

On time,on budget and corrected the problem without delay.

Andre gave me a call and tried to diagnose the problem over the phone to try and save me $$. He eventually came over THE SAME DAY and quickly isolated the problem. He was very kind, courteous, and explained plumbing basics to me. As a first time homeowner I appreciated this very much. He even helped me with some other unrelated items which I also appreciated. I would DEFINITELY use Andre again in the future. Thanks!!

Responsiveness was great. Called on a Sunday and service was provided on Monday. One P trap was had a minor leak after repair and a call back took care of the problem. I did not ask prices in advance and thought the overall cost was a bit high.

I called to make the appt and the provider was able to come in 2 days which fit with our schedule. The provider called before coming and my husband was able to arrange for a suitable time within the given time frame. The plumber arrived, assessed the problem and did the work as my husband had wanted it done. He also changed in inner piece that my husband didn't know should be changed. It was a quick visit that accomplished the goal of ending the leaking from our water heater.

I got the name off of the List and called from the airport as I was on my way home from vacation (the problem had started right before we left). The woman I spoke with on the phone was able to set up an appt for the next day hiwever she said that there would be an extra charge if the plumber come out without any necessary parts. As I didn't know what was causing our barely running faucet this was a concern. She said that she could have the provider call me so I could explain the issue and he could come prepared. He called me within 10 minutes and we spoke about the issue. He said that he would be the one to come the next day. When the end of the time window came without someone showing up I called the number I had on my cell phone for the plumber. He answered and said that I wasn't on his list but that he could come anyways. He arrived and it took him about 30 minutes to find the problem as it wasn't in any of the normal places. He was very courteous and professional.

The service call went extremely well. Chambliss arrived on time, the installation went pretty much exactly as they had predicted, and we couldn't be happier with the Rinnai. We would recommend (and have) Chambliss to our friends and family.

They were professional but higher in pricing than others I’ve used. They did a good job and they did it in a timely manner. But I called them for another plumbing quote and they are quite a bit higher priced than other companies who will do the same thing for less.

We have used Chambliss for the past 11 years and have never had a problem. They are honest, prompt, and do great work. They recommend good products, are professional, and clean up after themselves. On the one occasion when they missed the source of a leak, they came back right away and made it right, and comped us the call-back visit. Highly recommend.

Josh was terrific. He did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional, and even his dirt mound was tidy and organized. The price was fair, the work was done well, and we are very happy with the result. I would use Chambliss Plumbing in the future and I would recommend Josh specifically, since he did a great job!

Extremely professional and CLEAN installer! The owner, Kevin, helped me determine what size softener we needed and the installing plumber used top notch parts and explained everything beautifully. We even got a lesson on how softeners work at the molecular level. Everything was nicely weatherproofed, even though it is in our garage.

Chambliss plumbing company referred by Angie's List and represented by Andre and Joaquin was superior to 6 others companies in the following categories: 1. Identifying the problem-detached pipe under the foundation. 2. Solving the problem-tunneling and repair. 3. Charging a competitive or below competitive price; also not charging for some of the work for which other companies added cost to their estimate! 4. Not trying to sell un-needed products. 5. Avoiding the cost of installing a 2 way clean out by locating (by camera) the existing clean out-which 6 other companies could not find. Chambliss was the champion and Andre and Joaquin were the most amicable and trustworthy agents.

It was great! They did a good job. Joaquin was really friendly and knew what he was doing.

The short review: Highly recommend this plumber. Could not ask for better service and going the extra mile. Clayton was so wonderful with my questions and concerns. He even came back on his day off to make sure everything was okay and did not charge me. Kevin was so fast changing out my water softener and checking everything over. Just a pleasure to work with. Did not try to sell me stuff (IE water heater) that I did not need. The long review: First, Clayton came out August 1st because our hot water heater was making weird noises. He completely inspected the heater, pipes, tested water pressure and also the water softener. I had been dreading this call since our heater is about 7 to 8 years old, the time they start acting up. Well, turns out the heater is still ok, but the water softener unit was basically not even functioning! So I got quotes from Chambliss and over the weekend decided to get the softener unit replaced. In the meantime, Clayton had removed a pressure valve that had been installed when our house was built and basically one of about five in a new subdivision. Now with the subdivision more "built out" our water pressure is fine. Removing this valve fixed a "low water" problem that we had been having. But... after Clayton left on Thursday, our toilets started making really strange noises. I called late Friday, and he came out on a Saturday (his day off) just to make sure everything was okay! He had also called Friday to say he could drop by - but I told him Saturday was fine. He looked over everything - again! - and we found a couple toilet's innards were badly corroded and needed replacing. The noises were from getting the air out of the line and the toilet innards being so corroded that they couldn't handle regular pressure. Oh also, just so I am clear, the noises from the water heater are gone. Then Kevin the owner came out Tuesday and replaced the water softener, and the toilet innards. He checked everything over AGAIN because I am such a paranoid person. Now everything sounds like it should and the water is soft.

I called them at 7:45am and were there around 3 the same day. Excellent service. Very nice guy and down to earth. He did not treat me as a woman, looked me in the eye and was respectful. I would recommend him. Two days before I had an outside leak and they came the next day.

They called before arrival, were on time. Didn't complain about the heavy fridge. Replaced the leaking connection with a new one in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied.

Kevin Chamblis was EXCELLENT! During his initial inspection of my new (2006 built) home, he took the time to fully explain to me the status of the plumbing/well system on the property and make solid recommendations based upon my needs. He provided and installed quality products and ensured their proper operation. Although I thought their price was a little on the high side, he certainly was not the highest priced plumbing company in the area. Since his company is local, he welcomed me to the area by providing recommendations to other local businesses and contractors that could help me reach my home maintenance goals. I will use Kevin for my future plumbing needs. Chamblis Plumbing is a knowledgeable, efficient, friendly company. I HIGHLY recommend them.
