Joaquin c. From chambliss did a great job. He gave me his cell phone number for any questions. He helped me get my warranty honored by whirlpool so my replacement heater was free... He worked around my schedule and Thanksgiving holiday to ensure that my house full of guests would be able to shower over the holiday weekend! Because of the whirlpool warranty police, I did have to call Joaquin and the chambliss office several times. Every phone call was answered or returned in a few minutes. Every one was professional and courteous. The price seemed high, buts that is probably because I am an old cheap guy who remembers prices from the 80's! I will continue to use chambliss plumbing and highly recommend them.

My experience with Chambliss Plumbing was excellent. The 2 technicians that performed the work were professional and did not act annoyed when questions were asked and took the time to explain any questions I had. I would definitely use these folks again.

We called the company today and they were able to come out the same day we call. It was very easy to get in touch with the company. My husband has dealt with the company so far.

I had to wait a few days for service, but this company is very busy (a good sign) and had great ratings so I opted to wait. My leak was not an emergency either, so I am sure they would have responded more promptly in that case. On the day of service, two guys showed up, very professional and quick to get to work. They immediately jumped out of the truck and started pumping water out of the meter area. I was very impressed as I'd taken a few bids on the job from other companies and they had just stood around for 10 minutes looking at the pool of water, trying to figure out how much they were going to charge me. In about an hour Chambliss had located the leak (a cracked PVC pipe), fixed it and cleaned everything up. I was so happy to have the situation resolved and under control in a fast and efficient manner! This company is nothing but professional and their price was over the top amazing. In a business that has a bad rap for price gouging and taking advantage of customers, I feel that I can trust this company to provide a fair, honest price along with reliable work. After 6 years owning my home and dealing with many plumbing companies (never really being satisfied), I have FINALLY found my go-to company! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!!

We got them from Angie's List, and they were excellent. We had a problem that occurred in our other bathroom, and they will be coming out tomorrow morning. We thought that the job was going to take a long time, and the guy came out, and he was professional in his appearance, and he knew his job. He did it in 20 minutes, and the job was excellent. The charge was less than another company, and they were excellent.

I was extremely pleased that Richard and Cody found the leak to my house. With how much had to be dug from start to finish to repair leak was above and beyond what I expected. They were both proffesional ,friendly and on time . I would definatley recommend them. I will use them again. New faucets for the bathrooms next.. Thank you Richard and Cody.

They were great. It was challenging for them because they couldn't change the rubber flapper belt, they have to change the flush belt first. They have come out before and tried to work it out but they said that the hard part was too eroded by the leak. They said they come out the next day since they were out of time. They did a great job....they always did a great job. They worked hard and they've been very professional.

I was very pleased with them! The owner came out for an initial evaluation. He recommend a place to buy the fixtures and gave me the sizes I needed. He gave me an estimate at that time. I picked out what I wanted, fixture wise, and they picked them up and installed them!

It is family owned, and gave us a great price, Their customer service and professionalism were great, we were really pleased.

I have been using them several times now for the last 2-3 years. They were very nice and they did it quickly. They have very good things to say about my foundation contractor. They completed their work but some tile work is also required for that. We have to wait until the tile guys finish their part of the job so that the last thing that needs to be done is for Chambliss to come back tomorrow to verify that nothing has been moved, everything is still fine, and there is no leak after the work has been completed. The price was reasonable. I found them on Angie's List. When they are looking after you instead of just doing their job and reaching out for the payment, when folks have your well being in mind, they fix everything and they work with you a lot easier and they are a lot friendlier. I have worked with contractors for a very long time from a previous job. One of my jobs was to select contractors and so I know when folks are trying to do good work for you and have your best interest in mind. There were some issues that came up and we had to deal with the insurance company and Mr. Chambliss was very upset about the response of the insurance company. Apparently he's had the same kind of run-in with the insurance company. I had the owner of the company come out here and sit down and tell me some of his experience. We had several flyers come out and they are the only company that we are using right now.

Contacted them and emailed a picture of my current faucet. I was scheduled quickly and workmen came right on time. Work was completed very quickly. Experience was very pleasant. I have used them before and will continue to do so.

The provider could not come in time, so I went with another provider.

Skylar and Riley were punctual, polite and took great care in protecting my laminate floors and carpet when they removed the old water heater and installed the new one. They replaced all the connectors/tubing and pressure checked the plumbing after everything was connected. We did run into one slight issue, my water heater is located in a cabinet under my a/c and the new water heater was 1/2 inch to big for the opening. Skylar had to remove the doors and frame to get the water heater to fit thru the opening; he was able to keep the whole frame intact so it will be relatively easy to put back up. I'm very satisfied with the work and cost of the service.

Richard did an excellent job. We will use Chambliss Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!

We were remodeling, replacing our kitchen and two bathroom counters and four new sinks and faucets. We called a plumber and he came to the house and gave us what we thought was an extremely high estimate. We contacted Chambliss Plumbing and Kevin Chambliss called us. We told Mr. Chambliss what we were doing and the work we needed done. Mr. Chambliss explained the work was standard and that he would not need to come by to give us and estimate and explained that all the work would be based on an hourly rate (which he explained in detail) and materials (we had purchased all the faucets and sinks). We had the problem that we had to schedule a plumber to come out several times; Some of our faucet shut off valves were faulty and they had to be replaced first so the water could be shut off to remove the old sinks to replace the counters. We purchased the bathroom counters and kitchen counter from two different companies and the installations were on two different dates. Mr. Chambliss told us he would work around the counter installations and he had his staff call us and schedule the appointments. As the remodel progressed and issue occurred that resulted in us needing the shut off valves be replaced earlier (that day) than we had scheduled. We called the Chambliss Plumbing office and Mr. Chambliss called us back quickly and Mr. Chambliss himself came by in a couple of hours and replaced the shutoff valves. All the scheduled appointments were made on time and each time they called about 30 minutes ahead of time and told us they were on the way. The plumbers were very professional, did outstanding working, cleaned up all work debris, and explained in detail all their work and charges. The total charges for the 3 visits were much lower than the estimate from the other plumber. I will add that the drain of the new kitchen sink was not a simple install. Due to the fact that we had purchased a different style sink the drain coming out of the wall had to be lowered. I will certainly use Chambliss Plumbing again and I have already recommended them to my friends

Searched for a plumber via Angie's List to re-hook up our kitchen sink faucet, disposer, and RO system after granite countertops had been installed. Chambliss Plumbing contacted us through Angie's List, gave us a bid and we accepted. Again, it was clear what the job entailed. We set the date/time the plumber would arrive and hook everything up. On the day of, approximately 90 minutes before the plumber was to arrive, he called to see if he could come early and to ask about the RO (reverse osmosis) system. I told him that the countertop installers had stated that the sink had to set for 24 hours which would be 3:30 this afternoon. He stated that he understood but then asked about the RO, he asked if they, Chambliss Plumbing had been the original installers of the RO system. I stated "no, we had bought the system while we lived in South Dakota and brought it with us." He then said "Sorry, but it was his company's policy that they do not install RO systems they had not installed originally." That bit of information would have been nice to know when they submitted their initial bid, or when we accepted their bid, or even maybe a courtesy call the day before the install - not the day of the job 90 minutes before he was supposed to arrive. Now I have to scramble to find another plumber in the middle of the afternoon if I want my kitchen plumbing hooked up today. Communication is not their (Chambliss Plumbing) strong point. Make sure they are aware of every little thing you want done and if they were they original installers - it might effect their ability to do the work. Karl

Chambliss was quick to respond to my quote and seemed to be the most reasonably priced. They also quickly set-up an installation date and time. A couple of hours or less before the scheduled installation time, they called and asked if I would be interested in them coming earlier because they had finished the previous job early. I did not feel pressured to answer yes, but it worked out better for my schedule. The plumber, Clayton, was great! He was here for approximately 30 minutes. The job looks great, the toilet does not wobble and the seal is clean and precise. In addition to installing the toilet, he went above and beyond to answer other plumbing questions I had, and even steered me in the right direction on a question that I thought was plumbing related, but turned out to be electrical (non-gas dryer related). Will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs!

Couldn't be happier with the excellent service we received from Chambliss Plumbing. We are renovating our kitchen and with the installation of new granite counter tops and a deeper sink and I needed to get the plumbing redone for the new sink. The granite countertops were put in place on Thursday and needed 24 hours to set before I could get the plumbing done which basically meant I needed to get it done on a Saturday or wait an entire week because of new tile installation starting the next Monday. After describing what I needed to Kevin over the phone he gave me a reasonable quote and, even though it sounded like they tried to save Saturday's for true emergencies, had his scheduler contact me to let me know they would have someone there Saturday morning first thing. Clayton arrived as promised and from the moment he came in to the moment he was finished he did not stop working. He did a great job for us -- totally awesome! On top of that the final bill was below my estimate!

The man who came was amazing! He did a neat job, considering the mess it could have been. We have used Chambliss for several years now, and we think they are absolutely the BEST. They are HONEST. Their prices are reasonable. They are PROFESSIONAL, and just plain great people. They are the kind of people you are happy to have in your home for work.

He gave me a quote for fixing the water softener but he totally understood and agreed that it may be still under warranty with the installer and would likely be less expensive to fix if I went through him. They checked my water pressure and looked at the leaky irrigation valves. He recommended an sprinkler specialist he has known for 20 years because they would be less expensive and more efficient. He said he would fix the leaks if I wanted him to but it would cost more, he said I don't need to use a master plumber for an irrigation valve leak. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and honesty. In the end he didn't charge me a dime! I will always call Chambliss Plumbing first for all my leaky needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Impressed by Plumber and Assistant calling before arriving and were 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They inspected the problem I had with the flange and explained fully and exactly what they could do to repair it. No messing about with this team. They quickly got to work cleaning the area, removing the old flange, attaching the new flange with poured soft lead and attaching the flange to the floor with concrete screws. I know this sounds simple but it is not a Do it Yourself Project in my opinion. Once they finished with the flange, they allowed me to inspect the work done to ensure I was happy with it. They then reinstalled the toilet, ensured it was level and functioning correctly, cleaned up their work area to the point that you would not have known they were ever there. The plumber and his assistant were professional and courteous throughout their time at my home. They answered all my questions and ensured their visit had as little impact on house activities as possible. I am a retired experienced tradesman in another repair service area other than plumbing and do a lot of DIY work on my home, but when it comes to plumbing, Chambliss Plumbing Co. is my go to from now on.

The guy who came out was real professional with doing the install and making sure that everything was hooked up correctly. A couple of the connections needed to be adjusted to bring it up to code and he informed me of that before ever doing any of the work to make sure I knew what they were doing. The staff as well, when we needed to book the appointment and everything, was professional and able to get somebody out. They came out when they said they would. So, everything worked as expected from them. The price was pretty much in line with everyone else, and they were cheaper than some.

Last night I discovered every toilet and drain in my house was backed up. A friend recommended Chambliss Plumbing and I noted on Angie's List that they were very highly rated. When I called first thing this morning, they did not have any openings until afternoon. However, when I explained the problem, the woman in the office was very quick to say she would call to see if they could work me in sooner. Not 30 minutes later she stated she could have someone there by 9:30 AM. Andre and his helper arrived exactly on time and were very courteous and professional. Then assessed the problem quickly, got their equipment set up and had found and unclogged the drain through my back yard cleanout within 15 minutes. I am incredibly grateful to have the problem resolved so quickly and efficiently. I am also pleasantly surprised at the cost and discount given. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors and plan to do so.

Not so good...nothing got done and had to pay for a service fee and no service was completed.
