The provider called to let me know he was on the way. They were prompt, on time, and professional. Everything was done amazingly fast, and they were clean. The price was a bit high, but I could not complain about even that because of the quality of work. Id highly recommend this company!

Had another company install a new shower head and temperature dial. We could not get cold water. Kevin Chambliss came out and within five minutes corrected the problem. Even checked several issues so that I would get the value of my charge. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this plumber again and would recommend him to others.

When I called to make an appointment for an estimate. I was told that there was a charge for an estimates. I questioned the lady on the phone who told me there would be a charge, since what she told me differed from Angies List I questioned her. The lady on the phone said, "Well, we will have to see about that," I did not use them and never will for any of my plumbing needs.

This is easily the most customer service oriented plumbing company in the history of the world and they have reasonable prices too. Andre and his crew were on the job to correct a plumbing sewer line while the foundation was raised. As soon as the problem was identified, they were out their digging out the line, replacing the line, and ensured the city inspection process was smooth. They came out to inspect those lines at least 5 times while the foundation company was going through their machinations. Exceptional work!!!!!! Exceptional Customer Service!!!!!! THEY DESERVE AN AWARD.

I can't say enough good things about Chambliss. We have used them several times in the past 3 years for repairs on our 40-year old house, from installing a pressure-reduction valve, cleaning out the kitchen pipes/line (never throw leftover pasta down the sink), installing new fixtures during a master bathroom remodel, and fixing the leak today in the guest bathroom. They always try to assign the same technician to your home if possible and the technicians are top notch. Their office is very well run and it is a pleasure doing business with them.

Everything was great. Skylar was very helpful and professional. I did a lot of searching for the best company to install my new water heater and a friend recommended Chambliss. I will continue to use them any time I have a plumbing issue.

well, skylar and his assistant came out on time...they actually called ahead to confirm that they were on their way....upon arriving, we told them that we had bought some new faucets for the restroom, and the kitchen sink, thinking that would improve the water flow...turns out that there was no need for the new faucets since it was simply hard water deposits, and they just popped in a new aerator and the water flow was back to normal! we did install the kitchen sink, however, not the one that we purchased at home depot...we upgraded to the koehler sink that skylar had on the truck, since it had a 1 year parts and labor warranty. the garden hose attachment was fixed, also. overall i am very pleased and will DEFINITELY be calling them again for any/all plumbing needs :D

Chanbliss came out to replace a water circulating pump. The original date they scheduled was moved back 3 days due to not having the parts in stock. I wish this would have been caught when the appointment was scheduled because I had to take 2 afternoons off to be home for the technician. Clayton was my plumber and he was thorough in explaining the work he performed and describing causes to of what may have happened to my previous pump. The labor charge of $155 per hour was way excessive compared to my previous experiences with plumbing work. Perhaps I am out of touch with today's labor rates. When I Googled national average for hourly rates on master plumbers it was $30/ hour which seems low to me. But $155 per hour will probably make me look elsewhere for next job.

On 18 Feb, I had Clayton Dillon (Master Plumber with Chambliss Plumbing) remove an old water softener and install a new one. I was so impressed with the quality of his work and the company's installation price that I requested Clayton, by name, to return two weeks later to provide the service outlined above. Once again, everything was done in a highly professional manner and his quality of work and mastery of his craft are outstanding. His assistant, James, was also very helpful. Both gentlemen were extremely courteous, neat, and focused on total customer satisfaction. It was rainy that day and each and every time they exited our home to get something out of their work vehicle, they removed their wet work shoes on the front porch before entering - maybe a minor point, but an important one that is not always followed by other skilled workers. Before leaving, I also asked Clayton to quote me an estimate to do the necessary plumbing for a shower conversion. This was done promptly with every phase of the conversion explained fully. For the second time in two weeks, Chambliss Plumbing and Clayton have truly earned my "A" rating on Angie's List. Both have my highest recommendation for quality, professional service.

We heard the size of hot water heaters was changing due to new government regulations and learned it was possible the new units would no longer fit through the attic access panels where our hot water heaters were located. Although our current heaters were working, they were 15 yrs old and near the end of their lives. Therefore, we decided to change out both heaters. We used Chambliss Plumbing in the past for smaller plumbing issues with excellent results. Regardless, we got estimates from 3 plumbers. We were surprised how much lower the Chambliss estimate was so in order to ensure we were comparing apples to apples I spoke to Kevin Chambliss. He patiently answered to my satisfaction all my questions about the job . Since Chambliss was the most economical and had a good track record with us already, we decided to go with them. Chambliss took care of the required building permits with the city. Since our city required improved electrical disconnects to pass inspection, they also provided us the name of an electrician they worked with. The two contractors then coordinated schedules to ensure minimum down time. Skylar and his helper arrived as scheduled as did the electrician, Bill Rhodes. All work went smoothly without any issues or delays. They removed the old heaters, left the areas clean, and did no damage to walls, carpets etc. The entire job took approximately 7 hours. Chambliss also scheduled a visit from the city inspector and the job passed without any issues. Finally, Chambliss offered us a 10% military discount on the entire cost of the job. Overall, we are very pleased with the way Chambliss Plumbing handled our hot water heater replacements.

The appointment for the install was made over the phone two days before the install. It went smoothly and was done very courteously. Kevin, the owner, had previously given me a price quote and it ended up being right on the money! Another price quote I had gotten from a well known plumbing company was more than twice the amount I was charged by Chambliss Plumbing. I was told Clayton was going to be the installer. I was given a two hour window for the installer to show up for the install: 1300-1500. Clayton called and asked if I would like to get the install done earlier. I told him ASAP would be just fine! At 1200, Clayton arrived with Cody, his helper. They politely introduced themselves and started right in on the install. As a side note, they were both extremely clean in appearance, highly professional and very courteous. They had the old water softener removed within the first 15 minutes and meticulously started installing my new one. I'm not the easiest home owner to please. I expect superior workmanship when I find and hire someone on Angie's List to to do a project for me. After watching Clayton start in on the install, I quickly realized I had made the right choice. He was very familiar with the water softener I had purchased and answered every question I asked - and there were many. After the install was completed, Clayton went through every step of programming the water softener with me. I was impressed that he had every fact and detail about my Fleck softener right at his finger tips. He attached a new hose bib to my softener water line so I could have soft water for washing my cars. The install project has an extremely neat, clean and professional appearance. I couldn't ask for a better install. Clayton is a highly skilled master plumber who knows his trade well and Cody was very helpful throughout the entire install. Once the water softener was programmed and up and running, they made sure the work area was cleaned up. I had no use for my old water softener so they offered to haul it away (I had already removed all the salt from the old brine tank). I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of workmanship and the professional manner in which the entire install was conducted. It shows me that Kevin has done an amazing job vetting and training his personnel and that his personnel take great pride in their craft. Chambliss Plumbing has my highest recommendation. I will definitely call them for all my future plumbing needs. I want to thank Clayton and Cody for doing an outstanding job for bringing our home back into the wonderful world of soft water.

I bought a older home and needed to have a water softner that i purchased installed. The complicating factor was that there wasn't a drain in place although the plumbing was available. Chambliss did a great job and the work was top notch.They arrived on time, calling 30 minutes before arrival to make sure I was there. I have additional work at a house I am selling and will use them again for this work.

My water heater was not broken so I had time to shop. Most plumbers do not carry heaters like the one I wanted, including Chambliss. BUT, they were the only ones that offered to order one for me. I ended up getting the heater from a supplier and requested prices for the installation. The woman I talked to to arrange everything was great, being very patient and knowledgable. I am embarrassed to say I don't remember her name since she was so helpful. We set a date and time and they showed up right on time. They finished the job quickly and charged a price lower than the competition. Kevin, the owner did the job with an assistant and he could not have been more professional. He actually did work that was not in the initial estimate and did not charge extra. They left the work area cleaner than it was before they came. Guess I need to clean the rest of my garage now:-) By the way, he was extremely knowledgable. I could not be happier with the job and the price. Next time I need plumbing work I am calling Chambliss.

I wanted to fix a leaky kitchen faucet, but found that the shut off valves were frozen and corroded. While this wasn't an emergency I wanted it fixed before it became one. I called Chambliss, who I've used before, and they scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Skylar and Martin called before their arrival and were right on time. They went about assessing the problem and quickly installed 3 new quarter-turn shut off valves. They were finished in about 30 mins.They even installed the faucet part I was originally trying to replace. Both plumbers were friendly and professional, and I believe the cost was reasonable. Chambliss also offers a military discount, which is appreciated.

They were great. The owner Kevin came and I was very pleased. He was very nice and he was very professional. He explained everything to me and showed me everything. He told me to call if I had any questions.

We used the Angie's list "Schedule Now" button and were communicated with quickly. They scheduled the service and arrived on-time. They installed a ice maker line to our secondary fridge and a new value and in-line flex pipe to a toilet. All work was completed quickly and without errors. We were impressed and will use them again.

I had a leaky faucet on the outside and I thought they were going to have to knock down some walls in order to fix the pipe. They told me it wasn't as major as I thought and they didn't charge me for it. They are trustworthy and dependable. They are accountable for what they do. They do top quality work and are very personable.

The men arrived on time and were very professional. They were polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The water heater was installed quickly, and everything appears to be in working order.

It was possible fixing the problem would require removing the toilet itself and fishing the glasses out of the pipes. However, the technician first tried what looked like a vacuum--a hose was inserted down the toilet--it actually sucked the glasses out. Believe it or not, they were not even damaged! A little disinfection and they were just fine. He also helped get some staining out that regular cleansers had been unable to touch. He did the work very quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He kept the area clean. I was pleased with every aspect of their work.
