Description of Work: They diagnosed problem with our daughter's Tahoe transfer case and gave us an estimate that was lower than we expected. They were very honest and reasonable. We are very happy to find a reliable and honest transmission company. Additionally, they replaced the parking brake cable assembly, which was additional work that was needed outside the scope of the transfer case repair. We are very, very happy with their work and will go to them for any transmission and transfer case work on our vehicles in the future.

 + -1 moreI really didn't know much about them. I needed to get it repaired and I remembered a coworker said they had some work done there. It was unexpected because my car just broke down and I was stranded, so I got a tow there and they fixed it. It's been three years and my car is still going. It's an expensive repair and I don't think it's much cheaper anywhere else. It took them three weeks to do the repair, so I was out of a car for a while. I was hoping it would've been faster.
Description of Work: Don Williams Transmission Auto repaired my transmission.
