This project exceeded my expectations. I rated them A in all categories and B in price, but I want to clarify that. They were the highest quote on the kitchen cabinet part of the project. However, they were the only ones to explain in detail what needed to be done, including hand scraping the old and defective caulking. The doors and drawers were taken offsite, and it took longer than projected. But the end result is amazing and I am thrilled. I’m a believer in you get what you pay for, and the higher price was worth it. Carlos and Juan also were great to work with. They were always at my house on time and were very good at prepping. They were respectful of my space and never left me with a huge mess at the end of the work day.

They did a great job. The rooms look beautiful. They were very meticulous and made sure we were happy before they left.

We are extremely pleased with the job done by Rolando, Rudy and the rest of the crew. They were on time every day and cleaned up at the end of every day. They were very professional and courteous. They responded to every request quickly and did not leave until I was completely satisfied with the job. The painting was of highest quality. They did extensive prep work and made sure all windows, doors and lights were covered. They paid great attention to detail which was impressive since the entire house and foundation are stucco and there was a very large area to paint. Everyone at CertaPro West was helpful. Rene came to our home quickly and gave us a detailed estimate the same day. She answered many questions and helped me choose colors. Rolando and crew did a great job. They charge no money up front and will leave only when you are happy and satisfied the the job is complete. We would definitely hire them again or recommend them to our family and neighbors.

Went well except they told me it would brush painted and it was sprayed with some over spray. I forget the costs

Renee was very professional and punctual. Crew of three painters (same crew at both houses) were polite and professional. Painting itself was good. However, they did not do a good job of removing and replacing hardware. Also, found some paint/stain drips on my floor and one small drip on my dining table that can't be removed. They were good but I probably would not hire again.

It went well. Due to the rains and hail storms some of the crews couldn't work exterior jobs scheduled so lucky me- some of the workers whose jobs that day had been postponed came and helped at my house. The job was done in one! And they were so neat and cleaned up after themselves. No surprise paint spills or stains on the carpet or tiles or furniture! I will definitely use this company again.

The service from CertaPro Painters of San Antonio West went great. They did a great job. I thought that they did a good job. They came in and got it done. That was good quality. They were very responsive.

They did a good job. I was pleased. I would definitely use them again. I have recommended them to other people. He's very helpful with consulting on different colors. He's knowledgeable about the different price of pain, the qualities of the paint. He's extremely willing to work with the different customer until their satisfied. If that means coming out several times and different swatches on the wall and letting me look at it for a couple of weeks and then coming back and painting more. He was willing to do whatever it was going to take to make certain that I was happy with the decision that I make. He told me if we got it painted and I didn't like it, he would be willing to come back and repaint it. He was very polite and easy to talk to. If I call and leave him a message, he gets back in touch with me. They were on time and they called to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional.

We were very happy with the service provided. The price was high. They were very responsive to our requests and they gave us good feed back on how to make improvements on our house. They went over and above what we paid for.

Let me start out by saying that Doug is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with! We were in the process of a large home renovation and met with 15+ contractors for various things over the last few months. Doug was one of 5 painting contractors that we met with and there is no doubt he was the best choice. I knew I liked him, when I saw him pull past our street in his yellow truck(it says certa pro) before our estimate meeting and then called to ask if it was okay for him to come over early. Yes, I said EARLY! We met with him several times before and throughout the painting and he was always on time which is something he expects of his crew as well. As I mentioned, we had our walls, trim, doors, and kitchen cabinets painted in the lower level of our house which was a huge undertaking. The kitchen cabinets, trim, and doors were all a horrible looking oak stain before and Doug's crew painted it white and it makes it look like a different house! We didn't want to buy all new kitchen cabinets so we opted for painting them instead but I was worried it wouldn't look right or might not even cover the stain. I'm happy to say that our new cabinets are a BEAUTIFUL white and make a huge difference in our kitchen. The entire project took about 9 working days with a 3 person crew. His crew is wonderful to work with and were just as professional and polite as Doug. The project was originally projected to take 5 working days so I was very pleased that the crew didn't rush through things and instead took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Doug's pricing is spot on and was the only contractor that we met with that didn't make us feel like we were being sized up and given a random estimate. A few of the contractors were just throwing out numbers to see what we could afford. Doug uses a laser to measure the walls in each room and then his software calculates the cost based on the measurements. It was great to know we weren't being charged more or less for the neighborhood we lived in. I would highly recommend using Doug and plan to use him again for the upstairs and recommend him to everyone I know!

Doug and his crew were exceptional, due to a previous job and performing customer service for another customer, they started a day later than originally scheduled. I have no problem with that because I would expect the same treatment. Doug communicated with me that they would start the job a day late which was greatly appreciated. Once the crew began, they were extremely professional and hard working and finished the job a day ahead of time. I will, without a doubt, use this business again.

Doug was so professional and courteous to work with. He painted our foundation, which was about 5ft deep in some places. He was able to match the paint on the foundation to what we had on the gutters and it also matched one of the brick colors on the house. His bid for the job was a bit higher than other painters we talked to but we just really liked his demeanor and chose him. He was kind enough to give us a military discount off his bid since we are retired naval officers. We will no doubt use him again for our interior painting needs. He and his crew cleaned up so well after themselves, you never would have known they were here.
