+ -1 moreAfter the appointment was set I was unable to reach them by phone. They were so late the first day we had to reschedule when I finally reached them that evening. They did NOT call me!!! They could not reschedule for another week and again were late. The repairman himself was courtesy and efficient. The service company was awful. I had this similar experience twice. The reason I was subjected to them twice is that they are a service provider for a Home Warranty company.
Description of Work: This company was asked to come and check why the dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes.

+ -1 moreThey have been wonderful for us and they provide very good service. They will repair any appliance that needs service. They are good at cleaning up when finish and they are very prompt at setting appointments. All of the service we have received is very professional and the service repairmen are well experienced on the job.
Description of Work: We have a service contract with Century Service Masters for years. They have fixed our indoor water dispenser and an oven-heating element replaced.
