 + -1 moreThe packing team was excellent. They carefully packed all items in appropriate containers. The delivery team did a good job but one member of the delivery team was somewhat careless when bring items into the apartment. One instance was dropping the queen bed headboard on a brand new laminate floor. Fortunately, nothing was damaged. One item in the shipment received a claim and CTS paid the claim according to the basic coverage I signed for. Overall CTS did a good job and should be recommended for other clients moving into the ARC.
Description of Work: Packed, stored and transferred 10,000 lbs of HHG from house to the Army Residence Community (ARC).

 + -1 moreThe estimator was incompetent. She figured both moves as in interstate move at the higher cost. She came up with about $5,500 because she figured the local move as an interstate move.

 + -1 moreCentral Transportation Systems came out right away. I only had them move a few big items, so it didn't cost a bunch. The gentleman was nice. He was gentle with my belongings. He even helped to set up the bed frames and entertainment center. I was very pleased.
