CENTEX HOMES

Centex did an OK job building our home. There were several problems as is usually the case with all home builders. Most all were resolved before closing and then several right after. I think it all depends on the superintendent. If you have one thats an asshole, youll have a shitty experience. We had an asshole at first, not flexible at all. For instance, We paid extra to put sound insulation between the master and the den. If I had not been there to discover that the sheet-rocker was about to finish the area without anyone putting the insulation in first, we would have never known. Same thing with happened with master bath. This time the sheet-rock had already been placed. I knocked on the wall to see if it sounded hollow. Needless to say they forgot the insulation. The superintendent just scoffed and said, well, I guess we ll just refund your money. They finally got rid of him and hired a new one. Thank God!!!!

Centex Homes did a good job building our home. I was satisfied with the work that they did. There was some issues that came up; however they came right out and took care of them. I feel that they were pretty easy to deal with and also easy to contact. They were very cooperative for the most part.

Centex Homes did not do a good job on our home. We were not impressed with them because there were a lot of things that we wanted done and they did not do them. We definitely would never use them again. They did build our home in a good time frame; however they did a poor job.

Centex Homes did a great job on our home. They charge a very reasonable price for the work that they did. I felt that they were very helpful in making decisions and they were very kind. My home is beautiful and has a lot of room in it. We are very satisfied with them.

Centex Homes did a real good job building our home. I have not had any major problems as of yet with the property. There have been some real minor issues, but they have taken care of them right away. So I am pleased. There is not really anything that I would have changed. They were very polite and professional at all times.

Centex Homes did a really good job and built a beautiful home. I was pretty much satisfied with everything when I moved in, but they were very upfront in letting me know that if I wanted something done, they wouldnt hesitate to do it. This is a very soundly constructed home and I feel that they used pretty good product lines while building. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Centex Homes showed us seven homes that we were able to choose from. They did a great job of building our home. There were some problems such as, there was a dent in the tin roof which they didn't report but we noticed it. We did have them fix it before we bought our home and it took them about three weeks to fix it. We didn't think that they were very professional, however; they were young. We did feel that they were nice.

Centex Homes did a good job. Our home is very nice and we are pleased with what we got. They clearly answered all of our questions. There was very little that we wanted changed or fixed, so they really did an excellent job. We were impressed by the quality of products that they used and are satisfied totally. They were very nice people to work with.

Centex Homes did a good job building our home. The employees were very nice and easy to get along with. The only problem that we had with them was that we didn't get to choose where the phone outlets were placed. That would have been nice.
