CELL PHONE REPAIR

This company provides an estimate based upon your email description of your cell phone problem. Mine involved distorted low output ring tones, so they recommended replacing the speaker for $65.00. I packed up the phone and sent it to the company. They turned the unit around in a few days and sent it back by USPS. If I was in a hurry, I could have obtained faster package service for additional cost. The company mistakenly replaced the ear piece instead of the speaker so, when my phone arrived, the original problem was still evident. I called the company, was told to send the unit back. They fixed it quickly and returned it to me in correct working order. Even though there was a mistake made, the company quickly resolved it without any conflict. I would send another phone to them for repair anytime.
