Run far, far away from these people. While I used the CC Carpet location on I35 N in San Antonio, I believe my experience would apply to the entire company. I say this because once I had problems, I dealt with Donna the manager at the corporate office. In my opinion, she was the most dishonest person I dealt with. We had carpet and flooring installed in our home. Keith from the San Antonio office was the primary salesman and scheduled the installation. Originally, we were happy with the installation and gave them the appropriate credit. Within about 3 weeks, one of the carpet seams separated badly. That is when our nightmare began. In short, it took 6 weeks of being told we would "have to live with what we had. I don't do bad work.", broken assurances, no shows at our home and complete unprofessionalism for us to FINALLY get the seam repaired. It is my opinion that the only reason they got serious about repairing the seam was that I contested the charge with American Express. After it was repaired to our satisfaction, they replied to American Express with our original positive review of their work. They'll probably do the same in their reply here. It was my experience to be the way they do business if their customer has a problem. I have over a full page of the what I went through in Word. 'Feel free to contact me for a detailed description of my nightmare. We would have had them do more installs in our home. But after what we experienced, we had one of the big box stores do the carpet and flooring for the rest of our home. The price was cheaper, the service professional and the we have been nothing but happy with the product delivered. Even if we were the exception, do you want to take the chance that you could have a similar experience? I am guessing you work too hard for your money to take that chance.

I was provided the estimate but I went with another company.

I had CC Carpet remove old carpet and baseboards and install laminate and new baseboards in my home office, dining room, living room, hallway and hallway closet and Roberto did an outstanding job. Immediately, I could tell he knew what he was doing and was very precise and professional. He cleaned up after himself during the entire process and my floors are absolutely beautiful! He did an awesome job, displaying expert workmanship. It was evidently, Roberto took great pride in his work. Additionally, Keith Scott was outstanding. He took the time to answer any and all of my questions and it was quite apparent he knew what he was talking about and took pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. I had been wanting laminate for years and took my time in deciding who to hire to complete the project. I'm so glad I chose CC Carpet. Anyone looking for an experienced, customer-oriented, exceptional and professional company to provide flooring, I highly recommend CC Carpet for the project. Exceptional job! I will use them for future projects.

Many choices to view at store. Very helpful staff in selling products. Product was ordered. Deposit placed and work to be started in approximately 2 weeks. Once sale made, it became difficult to talk to staff or to get straight answers. 1st day the team was to be there approximately at 9 am to remove all old flooring and begin prepping for new floors. They finally showed at around 1:30 pm and left after only 3 hours. The next day they told me they would be at my home at aboue 9:30 am and did not see them until after 11:30am. The installation team worked very hard and had numerous phone calls from the store to try to get them to do multiple jobs etc... I however did not see or hear from anyone from the store. The installation team were to move all furniture but when I supplied instructions on how to remove my fridge doors, they would not or maybe could not read them. It took them over an hour and they scratched/dented the side of the appliance when they tried to push it through an area. They also dented a chair rail on the wall. I called the store to voice my concerns (dents, make sure that once replaced that all things work such as ice, water etc..) and was told that they would speak to the installation team. They never followed up on it afterwards with me to make sure that it had been taken care of. Where was the customer service? The installation team worked very hard and long. They were very particular about doing a great job.....the last day they kept getting calls from the office to hurry up because they had more work they wanted them to start. They were short one tile and came back the next day to place it and finish up the grout in some areas. When they returned the next day....................the tile looked similar but was not of the same quality as my tiles that I had ordered. (not as heavy, color slightly different, color not through the whole depth of tile etc.... After multiple calls, I finally spoke to the office. They promised me that they would fix it. The following evening almost 2-3 hours after promised time, the installation team returned. My husband and I viewed tile and agreed that it was now the correct one. All the work was completed and we are very happy with the finished product. With the lack of follow through of the sales team at the office..........................I will probably not use them again in the future.

When had just had our floorboards freshly stained and I brought it to the attention of the sales person before the process began. He had told me what needed to be done, the office needed to have a small rise put in to adjust for the difference in levels from the hallway but the bedroom was straightforward. The take up of the existing flooring went great and they did a good job and cleaned up the site and were respectful of our newly stained trim. The next day the carpet was to be laid--- the technicians who did the installing had no idea about the rise need in the office so they just stuffed more padding in to make the carpet met the hallway...they scuffed the newly stained trim boards in both rooms and I was in shock! The carpet in the master bedroom had a pattern and when they went to make the seam the pattern didn't match precisely. They didn't trim out the bits of fiber that were sticking up all along the wall and there were bits and pieces of tufts sticking out so the edges were ragged. I called the manager and he came out to inspect the project. He told me he was not responsible for the damage done to our newly stained floor board trim and I reminded him of our initial discussion about the pristine condition of our trim. He then said he would take care of it...the workers came out and trimmed the edges all around the carpet in the master bedroom and he said that the pattern in the rug just needed vacuuming a few times and it would take care of itself. The workers had to take up the carpet at the office to install a wooden platform so the carpet would meet the hallway and that is fine.. All in all I was not impressed and would not recommend them. I feel CC carpet did a good sales job but their technicians didn't know what they were doing and did a poor job with no quality control except for my persistence. The pattern in the master bedroom still doesn't match exactly but it is not so bad that I can't sleep. I am just not thrilled with the overall work nor the lack of responsibility for the damage done by the installers and the fact that the manager tried to weasel himself from fixing what they broke.

They tiled our family room one day (Friday) and did the carpet the next day. The tiling team of two were quick and did a good job. Their supervisor (Cesar) dropped them off in the am and came back later and checked their work. The carpet was done the next day by another team of two. They moved the furniture, did the carpet and moved the furniture back. They also did a good job.

CC is very professional and very busy, so you need to have a bit of patience when calling them. They are very easy to work with and their men know their job, they are done quickly and the job always looks fantastic. Definitely masters of their field.

31 Jul 06, salesperson Keith came out to our house and took the measurements to give us an estimate for laminated flooring for the whole house. He had only wood samples and we wanted tile laminate so we agreed to go to their showroom and pick out what we wanted. 3 Aug 06, we went to the showroom and picked out a tile pattern. After that we have called numerous times and left messages for him to no avail. We never did receive an estimate or any other contact from him. Obviously CC Carpet are not interested in satisfying their customers.
