My experience was horrible. The "Installation" was only under warranty for one year & as soon as the one year was up the carpet began wrinkling.I've paid hundreds of dollars to have the carpet stretched in 7 different areas of my home. The store manager refuses to let me speak to the owner but on the other hand the manager (Sergio) keeps telling me that this is between myself & the installer.Bad installation?Yes,however,Carpet City refuses to acknowledge this or to help me.The installer was under contract 'for them' but management says he cannot do anything about it.He continuously refers me back to the installer. To make matters worse,I only have a receipt for the down payment.I was recovering from a bad accident when the installation took place & was on crutches.Sergio insisted I send the remaining balance with the installer since (I was unable to drive)but then has repeatedly refused to give me a receipt for the second portion of my payment. They were out 3 months ago to re-stretch the
