+ 1 moreI couldn't be happier. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and the result looks great. I very much enjoyed working with Randy and I just recommended him to a friend.
Description of Work: Removed the carpet from a rather long hallway and removed the tack strips without any damage, then cleaned decades old glue off the tile. In addition, he retiled two closets (using our tiles).

+ -1 moreIt was great. It was A plus with them. Their price was extremely reasonable. The service was good. They're a small business entity. They've been in the business for a long time. They weren't making their money off the actual product itself. I got this fiberglass linoleum floor installed and he was very straightforward. He's not really making his money off the actual flooring. It's basically labor. The cost per square footage was extremely reasonable. He did a nice job. He's an experienced small business entity and he's hands on and I think that's what separates him from the rest. You're dealing directly with the owner who's doing the install which is good.
Description of Work: Carpet America installed fiberglass linoleum flooring for me.

Description of Work: first he was a friend of my husbands [I use the word friend loosely]came took old carpet ok then put in floor called him back floor was bumpy nails coming thru flooring he came back reglued flooring said all the bumps would go away NEVER nails still coming thru his answer was when nails appear pound them back also the floor is splitting at the seams and lifting also ripples everywhere so to sum it up if he does this to a friends widow who's next NOT ME AGAIN $2300.00 good by

+ -1 moreRandy and his assistant Robert did an excellent job. Randy guarantee's labor and install for 2 years and the product is guaranteed for 7. On my initial inquiry with Angie's list I sent out a volume of e-mails wanting to get an approximate cost prior to a site visit. Randy responded quickly and had a cost that was accurate to the initial site visit estimate. Saved me allot of time in selecting vendors. The cost of materials and labor was very reasonable and accurate with no hidden costs. Randy has been installing floor for over 40 years. I was very pleased with the services provided and would highly recommend Carpet America
Description of Work: I had approximately 1400 square feet of IVC Fiberglass flooring installed. Excellent product very durable and elegant with a variety of color options to fit any decor or budget. Highly recommend it over traditional laminate. Low maintenance and nice.

+ 1 moreOwner Randy Sprank and his assistant Fagin were the consumate professionals, punctual and personable. Price paid for the job labor matched the estimate. Job site was left very clean and all trash was removed. Work was completed in 3 days. Will definately use Carpet America in the future. Robert Peterson
Description of Work: Removed 450 sq ft of 12X12 ceramic tile and installed new 16X16 cermaic tile and 4 inch painted base boards. Cement slab was covered with a moisture barrier prior to tile installation.
