Description of Work: They prepped the exterior of the house, replaced several pieces of rotted siding and window trim, caulked, and painted the house. Excellent work. It looks great and the house is protected from further water damage. Would definitely use again. Great price.

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of our house. They did a great job, on time and within budget. There was extra carpentry required, which they did quickly, very well and at a very fair price. I will have them do more work.

Description of Work: Scheduling was, shall we say, not exactly efficient. I had to contact them after initial visit to schedule service--another week. Advertised cost was double for job, and my house is not only small but partly brick so not requiring paint. Work has not yet been performed, so no comment on quality. I felt the offer was deceptive.

Description of Work: Refinished front door. First trip the contractor started laying drop cloths in entryway. I assumed the door would be taken outside for sanding and staining. When I asked, he said he would be working inside. I requested the door to be taken out and handles removed. After contacting his boss, he left. I received a call shortly that this was their way of refinishing doors. With continuing discussion another date was set so the door was moved out, handles removed and refinished. The young men were responsive and finished within 4 hours.

Description of Work: Carnival Custom Painting was among three bidders I contacted from Angie's List to provide me with an estimate to paint the exterior of my home. The job included removal of two sets of gutter in the rear, checking and replacing deteriorated fascia boards, replacing several sheets of T11 exterior wall board, , power washing and recaulking the entire exterior and applying two coats of quality Sherwin Williams paint. The manager, Brad Matejek promptly provider me with a detailed estimate at a great price.His crew began the work on May 5 and completed work on May 7. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up the area completely when the job was done.Brad returned upon completion of the job to ensure I was completely satisfied. Brad was also very flexible in making minor changes in the statement of work as we added some additional items we had overlooked during the initial walk thru. A great company who gave the job their total attention from start to finish. I would surely use them in the future and recommend this company highly to your members.

Description of Work: Cost of service higher than advertised due to size of project. After explaining the situation to me, Carnival adjusted their price for the additional footage. I felt the price was justified and very competitive. GOOD JOB!

Description of Work: Was contacted by company to schedule service. Spoke with Brad who is the business owner. After discussing the scope of work, he suggested I send pictures of the door prior to them coming out to see if they would be able to perform the service. After reviewing the pictures of the door, Brad recommended that I purchase a new door rather than try to re-surface the old door due to the extent of the damage and the difficulty of removing the dark colored paint. All-in-all, I would recommend this company even though they did not perform the service requested just based on my interaction with the owner and his employees.
