Very professional and prompt. From the estimate to the starting and completing of the project. Brad came out and stayed in contact with me the hole time. Barbara was there to insure the guys where getting the job done. The mess was cleaned up daily. They are committed to there work and in satisfying the customer. I would recommend them to any one for exterior painting.

Luis gave us a detailed estimate along with a brochure about his company, which we appreciated. The job was to take 3 days but was off and on due to unexpected freezing weather. The workers did not always arrive at the promised time, and often I received no call as to when, if at all, they were going to show up that day (I had to be there to bring our dogs inside), which was aggravating. But when they did show up, they worked hard until there was no daylight left and the work they did was quality.

Did great job with work, but multiple issues. Did not leave touch up paint as promised on multiple times. Did not clean up work area. Left pile of trash that I ended up having to bag (over 7 large bags) even after promised multiple times would pick it up. No follow through on promises of contract. Was happy with paint job and was considering using for exterior work, but WILL NOT NOW.

Fantastic. We had previously used Carnival for exterior painting, and were confident in using them again for interior. They showed up on time, did great quality work and finished it all in one day. We are very happy with the results, and would recommend them.

Representative was prompt and courteous. The crew did not show up at all the first day. After repeated (6 to 8) calls, we were told there had been a "mistake" and the painters would be there the next day. The company had to be forced to complete the job (touch ups, caulking, clean up). The company then attempted to charge $400 more than the written estimate (with no additional work performed). The quality of the work performed was okay, but only after being made to finished the job correctly. We did not enjoy working with this company and felt like they were trying to get away with as much as they could.

Very responsive and prompt. Luis came out and gave us an estimate, then Barb came out several times as work progressed to ensure that we were satisfied. Crew did good quality work and finished everything before the agreed upon completion date. Didn't do as much masking and taping as we would have liked, so had some issues with over spray and clean-up, but everything was addressed and corrected promptly when we asked. Some difficulty locating matching shingle, so they went the extra mile to custom fit shingle to our roof. Professional and easy to work with, and very committed to satisfying the customer. We would recommend them.

Called them and scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate on painting the exterior of the house and some minor carpentry repaints. They never showed up and never called. I can only assume that they did not need my business. So I hired another contractor.

Carnival employees were very professional. Louis came out and gave me a very informative estimate along with a booklet of the services that would be performed, a copy of their warranty and the history of the company. They came back and completed the work the next week. They were timely in finishing the work when they said and the on-site supervisor came back to have the workers complete some minor details that didn't get done the first time. Even still they finished about a half a day earlier than estimated.

Painters were on time and explained everything they were doing step by step. That was very important to me to know that they actually cared about the prep work being done, and not just throwing paint on my home. These were professional painters! They will be doing the interior in a few weeks when kids go back to school. I rate them a 10.

Painters were on time and did a beautiful job. Everyone at the company was very professional, and I WOULD DEFINETLY use this company again.

The paint crew was very polite & professional, and they arrived on time, did the work, & cleaned up after they were done. The quality of their work is excellent.
