Jeff at Carlson’s Flooring is the man to talk to. He’s honest and his pricing was fair. He truly cared about my project and saw it through from start to finish. Thank you Carlson’s Flooring for doing a wonderful job!

Even though the hardwood was put in 10 years ago and was no longer available, we were able match the color perfectly. Both Jeff Sr. and Jr. were available and on sight during the process. The young men that laid the floors were professional and knocked the job out in 2 days, which was a blessing since we had guests from out of town arriving just 3 days after they finished. We absolutely love our new floors and will call them again if the need arises.

Very smooth process from start to finish. Jeff was also there once the installation was complete too do a final inspection. Excellent customer service! Without a doubt the best decision I've made.

The job turned out fantastic! they removed the old floor's and installed tile in the kitchen and living and hardwood flooring throughout the rest of the house. The crews were curtious and the sales team was knowledgeable and professional. I would refer them to anyone who need's new floor's.

Overall, things went well. The wood floors turned out beautifully. The tile grout needed some touch up, but overall we were pleased with the outcome.

The work went smoothly. I was pleased with the results. The only minor issue was they were a little slow to respond and a little late for appointments. But a minor issue for us in the scheme of things.

FABULOUS!! They tore out the carpeting, hauled it away - leveled the floor - installed the wood flooring. I had this done in three rooms of my home and it took them about four days to complete this installation. I was allowed to bring wood samples home with me to get a better idea of what would work and what wouldn't. They were so patient with me while I was making my decision. The two men who did the installation were WONDERFUL! Definitely the "A" Team!!! Extremely professional and courteous and knowledgeable. They explained every step of this process in detail and told me how to care for the floors. And they had some heavy furniture to move and there wasn't one chip or ding either with the furniture or the walls or the new flooring!!!! They did better than moving companies in the care they took with each piece of furniture!!! By the time they completed this work, I felt like I had not only gained beautiful new flooring, but I had made new friends!!! I would use Carlson's Flooring again and again! You might get the same material for a little less going to another store, but you sure won't get the OUTSTANDING customer care that Carlson's gives to each of their clients!!! I couldn't be happier!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

I like them because they were prompt, came when they said they would and did what they were supposed to do. They were cautious, nice and did a good job at breaking apart the different parts because they had to work on many different things.
