Carlos finally came over to give me an estimate on a Saturday, but only after I had called him several times over the course of a week and even emailed him. He came 1 hour early on the 1st day and 2 hours late on the next day. This was only a big deal because I was not living in the house yet and had to drive over to meet him there. It took him 2 days to do the work. The sloppy master bath wall was the only imperfection that I saw with his work at the time when he left on the 2nd day. He agreed that it looked bad and said he would come back later to fix it, as he had to be at another job later that day. As I began to look around, I found all the other defects that are listed above. A week went by, as I was moving, and then I called him to come back out and fix the problem areas. He did come out, but did not bring the tools to fix all of the problems. He fixed half of the items and then left saying he would be back the next day. He never showed up. I called him a week later and made another appointment. That day came, and he did not show up, so I called him. He said he forgot and would be 2 hours late. He finally showed up 5 hours late. Things look better, but he will never be welcomed into my house again.
