 + -1 moreI set up an appointment for September 12 at 3 PM. No one showed up or called me. I then talked to the man who was supposed to come (Max) who gave me the lame excuse that he'd lost my phone number. (He has a receptionist, and he has a cell phone, so one would think that making a phone call would not have been that challenging). Also, I do live only 3 miles from his place of business. So, I re-scheduled for Sept. 19 at 3 PM. Max promised he'd be here. Again, no one showed up or called. Maybe the job I needed done was too small, but after all, they advertise that they do such jobs. Whatever, I fail to understand why they don't even think potential customers are even worth a telephone call. Won't be calling again, and will never recommend them. Too bad. Several of my friends have been looking for a service just like this.
Description of Work: As they advertise, they were to repair several dings on my car. I have physical therapy appointments every week-day morning due to disability, so I needed to schedule a residential appointment (which they also advertise) for afternoon. (I was told to have the car there at 8:30 AM, which I could not do; thus, the residential appointment was offered. They would not let me come in during afternoon hours, so the residential visit was what I had to do). NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AT MY ADDRESS.
