+ -1 moreONE OF OUR MAPLE CABINET FACES FELL OFF WHEN A SMALL PLASTIC PIECE OF HARDWARE BROKE. I TOOK THE BROKEN PIECE TO SEVERAL CABINETRY STORES. NO ONE COULD HELP ME GET ANYTHING CLOSE THE RIGHT TYPE OF PART. WE DIDN'T KNOW THE BRAND OF CABINET, AND OUR BUILDER WAS UNREACHABLE, SO I GAVE UP FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. THEN I FOUND A STICKER BEHIND A KITCHEN CABINET THAT SAID CARDELL -- A LITTLE INTERNET RESEARCH AND AN EMAIL LATER, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND ME -- FOR FREE! -- AN ENVELOPE FULL OF REPLACEMENT HARDWARE. I WAS STUNNED. NOT ONLY DID THE HARDWARE WORK PERFECTLY, IT ARRIVED IN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS. NOT ONLY DID THEY SOLVE MY PROBLEM, THE COMPANY WON ITSELF A FAN FOR LIFE.
