Art showed up on time and installed a new toilet, disposed of the old toilet and fixed the clogged sink in the bathroom. The new toilet works as promised and that makes for a happy household. C.A.P.P.S. has been to my house on 3 separate occasions for various reasons and every time he has been professional and fixed the issue we were having. Every time I had to contact them I just left a voicemail and Jackie got back to me in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend C.A.P.P.S. for all your plumbing needs.

I called based on Angie's List reviews and am very glad I did. Capp's Plumbing was due Monday morning to install our new dishwasher. Naturally, over the weekend, our drain became clogged, and my husband tried plunging and even used a snake - to no avail. While we couldn't prepare them in advance, we hoped they'd be able to resolve at the same time. When told of the problem, Art and Jonathan didn't bat an eye; of course they'd clear our drain. From the time it took and the buckets of "stuff" they took out, "gunk" obviously had accumulated over many years. I realize they weren't prepared for this extra work, but neither let it show we'd inconvenienced them. The installation went well, too. The first thing they noticed was our previous dishwasher had never been secured to the granite, so they were initially concerned they'd run into a similar problem and were prepared for some simple solutions. Fortunately, the Bosch we purchased came with brackets that mounted to the side and worked perfectly, so no worries there. Art even helped my husband move our garage refrigerator, so he could adjust the temperature on our hot water heater. We've lived here for a couple years, and I always had a feeling our water wasn't sufficiently hot. It was nice to have this checked, and Art claimed (rightfully so), the seven to eight degree adjustment would make a huge difference. We were extremely pleased with Capp's Plumbing, would highly recommend this company - and will definitely use again.

I called and one of the owners answered and was very distracted because she was doing the taxes for the quarter. We did not know the brand of of shower handles we had so we emailed her a picture. The man who does the repairs was not able to come until the next day. We did not have a day to wait. The water was pouring our of our faucet. We called another plumber and they recommended Lujon Plumbing and they were excellent.

They are very professional, polite and punctual. They go the extra mile to squeeze you into their schedule if you are in a pinch. Good pricing too. I will be calling them again soon to have my kitchen drain sprayed out, avoiding a potential disaster. I recommended them to my neighbors.

Everything works perfectly and there are no leaks. They charged minimally for additional parts as expected and I was happy with the whole experience.

I wanted a gas stove in my new home instead of an electric one. I already have gas but not for the stove. I called several companies all from Angie's List and had estimates given. One was 4 and a half times higher than CAPPS and I was told I needed that company's products of "x,y and z" in order to have a gas line installed. The next company wanted twice the amount and claimed if I purchased their contract of yearly service then they would drop their price. Finally, my estimate from CAPPS- He was courteous, professional and made me feel comfortable. He didn't give me any sales pitch or try to sell me a maintenance contract. Jackie was very helpful and courteous, always called me back promptly and got me scheduled quickly. Needless to say, they were not just the best priced, but most professional and ethical as well.

They fixed a toilet and a sink leak. They came out last October. They charged $80. I like their professionalism and timeliness. They came here and finished the job in one trip. I will use them again.

The plumber is awesome. It was clean. I had an excellent experience with them. They actually came out , we had a water heater burst while we were out of town and my wife came back to our flooded house. There was lots of damage. I have used them and will continue to use them.

I was treated very rudely over the phone--especially once I said I paid for an offer from Angie's List. When the plumber arrived, he advised me to just get a new filter. We did do this after he left and it was not the problem. It was the copper pipe as we had told him to begin with. We had to call another plumber to actually do the work and now we have another filter we had to keep. The lady who answered the phone was telling me she was rude because she's undergoing some health problems, etc, etc. I'm not trying to be insensitive but it was a bit unprofessional. Our $90 "local offer" was a pain and I won't buy one again.

My experience with them was good. They came out within a couple of days after I requested it. They did the service within the $109 Big Deal purchase price. They showed up and did it within the price range they quoted.

Well, he fixed the faucet handle, but broke off a piece of the handle that he had to find. He found that in about 5 days, and came back to attach it, but after he left, when we used it the first time, it rotated all the way around to the back and eventually touched the tile and would not completely shut off the flow of water so I had to turn off the cold water under the sink. I took a photo of it and emailed it to the office. He came back out and took it apart and "fixed" it again. Not one day later, the faucet handle once again rotated all the way around to the back. It is keeping the water off at that position but doesn't exactly look great. I emailed another copy of the faucet but never got a response. In the kitchen, at the initial appointment, he replaced the leaky dishwasher hose and fixed the leak, however, when he put the dishwasher bottom plate back, he didn't do it correctly, because when I tried to open the door to the dishwasher door, it would only open about a third of the way. l phoned the office and told her I would attempt to take if off and do it correctly. I managed to do that so he didn't have to come out. I want to say that I liked this plumber, he's very personable, but it was not necessarily a successfull appointment and the fact that they didn't answer my email doesn't exactly make me want to use them again. Perhaps that is what they are hoping.

They did a good job. The work was neat and they cleaned up well. They forgot to turn on the gas but were very responsive and came out late to check on everything. A minor mistake but overall I would hire them again.

They got there on time. I showed them the shower knob needing repairing/ replacement and the two faucets we wished replaced. They were very nice, kept everything clean. We also got an estimate on other repairs needed. Great job

The service provided was excellent. I had my bathroom remodeled and a new toilet installed. I could not get the toilet to stop rocking. Called the guy who originally installed (not a plumber) but the next day the toilet was rocking again. C.A.P.P.S. anchored the toilet the proper way so it no longer rocks. Great job, I plan to use them again if I have another plumbing problem.

They were very good. I found them on Angie's List. They came in an emergency, and they helped me hook up something. I was not expecting, and they came the same day, and the price was extremely reasonable. They were very nice on the phone, and he was very nice when he came, so I will definitely use them again. I have had no problems. He was here exactly on time.

Very professional, went out of his way to quickly make the repairs

I called for service and within the hour Art was at my door ready to work. The main water pipe in front of my house broke while I was away and my neighbor kindly shot off my water. So when we returned later in the day we were extreamely anxious to get the water back on. We called CAPPS Plumbing and even though it was very late in the day they made time for me and my water issue. Within about an hour or so Art had fixed the problem and we had water back again. Based on this experience I will not hesitate to use CAPPS Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Art is my plumber of choice now!

They never provided the quote. I even called to make sure it was a project they wanted to do. The lady was nice and said yes. However they never sent a bid. I even confirmed they had all my contact info correct. 6 weeks has gone by and no bid. Honestly it was just a waste of my time.

very well. Another plumber tried to convince me I needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix my problem. All it needed was to be rooted out and CAPPS did it well. No problems since.

I initially thought I would need a new water heater, thinking it was leaking, but Art diagnosed the leak and said that my pressure relief valve was stuck open. A $900 water heater replacement was avoided thanks to the honesty of Art and the folks at C.A.P.P.S. Highly recommended A+++++++.
