We received a call to set up an appointment for the plumber to come out the next day. He was very professional and worked quickly to get the jobs completed. We are completely satisfied with the work and would use this company again.

We were very pleased with work, service technicians and the completion time. In fact they completed the job before the two hours were up so they actually wanted to know if there were any other plumbing issues they could take care of.

Terrific. Art and Jonathan came out advised I need a new hose for the faucet. The part is only available from the manufacturer so Art was not able to get it locally. He showed my son what to do once we get the part and said if we can't do it to just call and he will come out and install it for us. He did not charge me for his time, Art and his helper were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be using them for any of our plumbing needs and recommend them highly!!

Wonderfully well. Art and Jonathan showed up on time, had the offending part replacement on the truck, and did the job within the hour allotted by purchase on Angie's list. I have never had any problems or concerns when they are on the job. Always efficient, quick, clean, knowledgeable, and prompt. What more could you ask for?

Art and a helper came and were on time. They were very efficient and pleasant. The job took 30 minutes at the most and there was no charge for parts. Art happened to have the part we needed in his truck and it had been given to him by the supply store so he didn't charge us for it. We had paid $90 through Angie's list for one hour of plumbing labor. We didn't need any other work done but will sure call them again in the future when a plumber is needed. Glad to know about C.A.P.P.S. Plumbing.

I should have been wary when this company wanted to cheat Angies list out of its commission by suggesting I get the same discount from them directly without going through Angie's List. They were competent at their job but there were a lot of shenanigans to increase the bill for a job that should have cost much less and they could have completed in 30 minutes with two people. These include: - spending excess time at the plumbing store to get a couple of small parts that many plumbers would have in their van to start with, at a rate of $90/hr. The store was 10 min away per google maps, but somehow it took then almost an hour to return. - Replacing the whole toilet apparatus, when I suspect this was not needed - Trying to bill for time to travel to my house - Charging double the market rate for parts used. On top of that, they left the work site dirty! I would NOT recommend this company.

The gentleman came same day to fix problem for a tenant about to get company. He was fast and thorough. We appreciated the timely service and would call this company again.

AWESOME experience - the owner came out an did the service. He was fast, knew what he was doing, and was great to deal with. He also arrived on-time as scheduled, which was a huge plus. We will definitely use this company in the future.

We needed a new 50 galloon gas water heater. After getting many quotes and reading many reviews, C.A.P.P.S. was the absolute best-no hassle, gave reasonable quote over the phone and stuck to it. I purchased an Angie's List Deal $90 for 1 hour of plumbing labor. I called CAPPS to schedule an appointment for next-day. I was given a 4 hour afternoon-appointment window between 1-5pm. They called when they were on the way. Two employees arrived around 1:30 pm. They installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal within an hour. This is my first time using CAPPS. I'm highly satisfied. I will use again. I really liked the Deal. Other plumbers charge a trip fee, ranging from $30-50, in addition to doing the work. Others wouldn't give a quote to install the items. I used a $10 off coupon from Angie's List magazine.

Art and his companion were quick and did the job right. CAPPS will return to fix another plumbing issue in a couple of weeks. Great company to deal with, if you want honest and dependable.

Everything went well, took them less than 30 minutes to fix to replace the flow valve.

Art and his coworker were on time, fast, professional and efficient. Art went out of his way to answer questions and make sure I understood the work. When things didn't go as we wanted, Art came up with an effective, sensible plan to install a clean-out junction/pipe in the back yard to reach the clog (way on the edge of the property). The clean-out will serve for any future sewer work that might need to be done. They walked me through everything they were going to do and discussed every option before proceeding. Everything's running normally now and I couldn't be more pleased. Excellent work, quickly performed at a fair price.

Art and Jonathan showed up right on time as always. I have used them for many things in the past. They are very professional, get right to work, get the job done and don't waste time. They take the time to explain what they are doing and always clean up their area. I trust them whole heartedly. The area in the attic in which they had to work was VERY tight and small, but they never complained, they just did the work necessary. They are very knowledgable and make you feel at ease that it will be done right! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them back here in the future!!! Great job guys!!!

It went great. they took 15' to replace it. but i thought it was a litle expensive for the kind of job. but it is what it is i guess,

We were out of town one weekend and our neighbor discovered we had a leak in our main water line out by the street! We called Art on Sunday afternoon when we got home and he came out Monday later in the day (because its a very dirty job and they save it for the end of the day) We were at an appointment and when arrived home he and Jonathan were already working on the fix. They had to dig up a lot of the pipes and it was a muddy mess but he fixed the entire problem with absolute professionalism. We have had Art out to our house many times and every experience has been professional, well done, in a timely manner, with expertise and a smile. I trust him and his work completely! He has replaced a few shower fixtures for us, and even taken out and replaced a hot water heater that was leaking. I would highly recommend C.A.P.P.S plumbing to anyone I know!!

The provider met me at the appointed time and fixed the valve on the water heater. I asked him to look at gas while he was here and he found a leak in the attic and fixed. I had bought a deal on Angie's list for $100 plus an additional $110 seemed like a good deal.
