WE HAVE USED C.A.P.P.S BEFORE FOR A MINOR REPAIR SO WE KNEW WHICH LARGE PLUMBING COMPANIES TO AVOID. ART IS VERY SKILLED IN HIS LINE OF WORK AND JACKIE IS A GREAT COMMUNICATOR. YOU ARE NEVER LEFT IN THE DARK ABOUT ANY ELEMENT OF THE JOB. RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY SON AND A NEIGHBOR. WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHENEVER NEEDED.

I feel the services we received were very good and took care of us in a timely manner. I feel what were paid for the services were fair and am happy with the work that was done.

I contacted CAPPS after receiving a quote that was questionable from another plumbing service. They called back quickly and we scheduled the service call for next morning. (I recalled later that I had used CAPPS for another problem before, but had forgotten; otherwise I would have called them from the start.) Arrived when scheduled, and found where the leak was occurring in the pipe. I asked at that point what he thought the repair would cost, and he gave me the estimate that turned out to be what I paid. The amount was about 1/3 of what I had been quote by the first service company. He repaired the leak quickly; filled in the hole and re-wrapped the pipe in a very timely manner. Very professional throughout.

We purchased this home new from a reputable contractor...immediately after moving in we starting have a dripping faucet in the master bath. We called the builder - they sent someone out; told us it was repaired and left.Since we use normally use the shower and we use the master shower on rare occasions, we didn't know that the problem HAD not been corrected; the drip had stopped but as soon as you turned the faucet on - the drip would start again. So we requested another repair from the builder. Again, they sent the contractor out - he made the drip stop and we assumed it was fixed.When we turned on the faucet to clean the dust out of the tub, we realized the faucet wasn't fixed so I decided to have an outside contractor come in and work on it - that's when I decided to try Angie's List to find a reputable plumber because I'd called one plumber and the cost to come out and just look at it was enormous. Plus without even seeing the faucet they suggested that I purchase a new one from them and let them install it. My decision to finally have someone come out came about when I received an advertisement from Angie's List about a plumbing special. I decided to give it a try. It was easier than I thought. I called the vendor; they were available and came out within a day or so. The contractor was very nice, polite and helpful. He explained EVERYTHING he was doing - which was helpful and once he diagnosed the problem, he explained what it was. He made sure not to leave until I was confident the problem was fixed. He did an excellent job. He was courteous, helpful, polite, punctual, knowledgeable and personable. I've turned on that faucet several times since he completed his work and not once has it dripped. I am so thankful I called Angie's List. I'd heard some horror stories about plumbers prices, etc., but this company dispelled the rumors and my fears. Thank you C.A.P.P.s Plumbing...thank you Angie's List for providing us with great contractors!

Outstanding. he was prompt and on time.

They looked for a leak. They pulled the toilet out and thats where the leak seemed to be. This is the second time I have used their services. In fact we are telling our friends about him. I found him on Angies list and they had good reviews and so we tried him out and thats who we are going to use from now on. They don't charge an arm and a leg.

My husband called Jackie and left a message then my husband's phone died. Jackie tired to call my husband but could not reach him. Jackie called me. Jackie identified the repair was not an emergency, but she heard that I needed it done before Thanksgiving. The appointment was scheduled for the Friday before Thanksgiving. The reason we called CAPPS is because the clog in the bar sink could not be reached with a normal snake. Art's longer snake reached the clog easily. Art was in and out in about 15 minutes.

I called Jackie and she scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8-12am. Art arrived at 915am and went right to work. He replaced both faucets and cleaned the drains with a minimum of drama. I enjoyed talking to Art and watching him do a great job( I wish I had some plumbing talent ). Art was very friendly and I would HIGHLY recommend using him for your plumbing needs. It is great to work with the "owner"/operator.

I was very happy with the quick response, the repair, and also extremely pleased with the reasonable cost of the service. I've never used the word "reasonable", to describe a plumbing bill, until now. I would most definitely use them again.

My project went great because I saved a lot of money by doing the plumbing work myself, after the CAPPS plumber explained in detail all that I needed to do to finish the job successfully.

The master plumber cameduring the time period specified and repaired the hose bib in an excellent manner. He replaced some PVC and "sweated" a new copper fitting on to the pipe leading from the foundation. His workmanship and demeanor were outstanding!

We called on Sunday and were told we'd have help on Monday. The plumber arrived at the expected time on Monday. My husband met him and raved about how smooth it went. The plumber was friendly, professional, and completed the work in an hour. He cleaned up after his work was complete. We have paid $80 more for the same service by another company before. We will absolutely use CAPPS again.

Background: Called SAWS concerning an ever-increasing lack of water pressure making an incorrect assumption it was caused by work they've been doing in the area. SAWS came out and all was ok on their end and noted a probable PRV adjustment issue/failure. Price: Called several plumbing companies for prices. C.A.P.P.S. price was comparable to other companies. However, the Angie's List coupon, ratings and initial contact with Jackie gave them the winning edge. Initial Contact: Left message with C.A.P.P.S. and Jackie returned my call a few minutes later. Jackie politely listened to and sympathized with the recital of my water saga. Thank you Jackie; I really needed to vent. :) Scheduling: Although C.A.P.P.S had a busy schedule ~ Jackie spoke with Art and he was able to squeeze me in on the same day! Thank you Art!! :) Repair Experience: Art tested the water pressure and PRV prior to replacement to ensure it was faulty. The PRV was indeed the culprit and in need of replacement. Art was extremely polite, professional, and arrived with all the parts needed to promptly complete the job. Recommendation: Highly recommend! I will definitely use C.A.P.P.S. again in the future. Aftermath: Excellent water pressure at last. I am elated! :)

I called Jackie a couple of days ago to set up an appointment because my toilet had been running (which I had ignored). I was prompted to do this because my water bill had a huge spike! OUCH! She scheduled the appointment for Wednesday between 1 and 5pm. Art arrived by 3pm and I showed him the problem. I also had him check the 2nd bathroom to make sure all was good there. He finished within 45 minutes (including a trip to the store b/c he didn't have a part) and everything works great. He told me that I could show them his bill and they would give me credit and I called SAWS this morning and he was right! (Thanks, Art!) I have had the good fortune of having Art as my plumber for the past 10 years and I have always been happy with his service. Last year I had a slow leak under my kitchen floor which happend on the Friday of a holiday weekend. I was in a panic because I didn't want it to spread to the den and it already destroyed my kitchen floor! He was at my house within 2 hours and had the leak stopped! Then he came back after the holiday and re-routed the burst pipe which entailed cutting open a wall, etc. I have also had him do mundane things like install a new kitchen faucet, replace washers, and fix an outside leaking pipe. Every time he has arrived on time with a smile on his face and fixed my problem in a timely manner. I have recommended him to countless friends and they have also been impressed with his professionalism and friendliness and, more important, his excellent work. He's also a really nice guy!

I've had them several times. I thought that the heater was turned off, but it had exuded a bunch of salt that had formed a kind of stuff on the floor. They had to chip all that out and get it cleaned. They did that and they were good. Their quality was good and they were very responsive.

Our plumber of five years and another plumber estimated that it might take up to a full day to fix the slow running drains. Our regular plumber sometimes has a plumber and an assistant, so the potential cost was daunting. I visited Angie?s List and found a number of A-List plumbers, so I called Morrison Supply Company for a second reference. Angie?s List and Morrison suggested C.A.P.P.S. Plumbing. From the first call (his wife, Jackie, answers the phone) I was impressed. Jackie fully understood the problem, spoke with Art, and we scheduled an appointment the next day. Art arrived right on time, is very professional and very pleasant, and worked quickly, but thoroughly to complete the work. I had forgotten to mention replacing the kitchen hand sprayer and checking out our tankless water heater, but he cheerfully handled those projects and was out of the house in under 2 ? hours (nowhere near the full day the other plumbers estimated). While Art was wedged under our sink installing the new sprayer, I asked him about his most baffling appointment. He told me about a woman who called and said that the water in half of her house would stop running for ? a day, and then come back on. Another plumber had run a new water line ($2,500), but it didn?t solve the problem. When Art arrived, he asked to see her air conditioning system. There he found that a water pipe would freeze closed when the air conditioner was running full blast. When the weather cooled off in the evenings, it would thaw out and run again until the next day. He diverted the water pipe and the problem was solved. A few months later he arrived at a commercial building and saw three separate plumbing company trucks, and learned later that the owner had paid in excess of $20,000 trying to solve the same problem the woman customer had. He checked the building air conditioner, and sure enough, they had the same problem. He solved the problem in no time. We are telling friends as fast as we can about our new plumber! Unlike our regular plumbing company, Art is a master plumber (license) and doesn?t send junior plumbers out to do the work. Whether you need help with a commercial property, or for your home, you will be delighted that you called Art.

They were professional and they cleaned up. They were quick and they were friendly. They were on time. I would recommend them.

I have used Capps Plumbing several times over the last 3 years. I have always been extremely pleased with them. I have also recommended them to several of my neighbors, who were also very satisfied.

They are very prompt and professional. They are resonably priced. They are overall very nice to work with.

Very professional. We have used CAPP's several times and they have always been good to work with. I liked that they would bill us for work done at our complex, that way I didn't have to meet them there with payment everytime. Not every company will bill you.
