Description of Work: I'm a single woman who purchased a drain clearing and water pressure test. I received 3 different quotes for recommended repairs from the technician. I was told I had a broken pipe under my slab without running a camera to verify that. I was also told my water pressure was too high and he recommended I install a pressure release valve with a tank. I called the city to make sure the pressure issue wasn't related to them. City found my water pressure normal and that I already have a pressure release valve by the water meter. This company has received very good reviews and my situation may have been a rare exception; however, after my experience I am not comfortable recommending them.

Description of Work: They came to fix a leak in our toilet and ended up replacing some other parts in it as well as clearing a drain in our sink. They worked very fast and were affordable and informative.

Mrs Capps Plumbing not only answered the phone but her husband came out within 2 hours and cleared the drain, I was so grateful and the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: I was having people over to my house and my main toilet was clogged and toilet paper was coming out of the drain outside. They were very friendly when I called and fit me in so I could take my disabled daughter to her doctor appointment. I purchased having the drain unblocked and a camera look inside to see if there were serious problems. I was very pleased with his professionalism and am going to call them to do some additional work.

Description of Work: Washer HW supply vales had begun leaking. I attempted the DIY route, but the old valve would not budge, so figured it was time to call in the pros. Plumber arrived at the expected time with phone confirmation of the appointment. He attempted to remove the valve with the same results as me. He resorted to using a torch to heat and remove the copper joint and install new piping. I had him replace both valves, since they were both the original install from the construction of the house. The work took less than an hour to complete. I was charged an additional $43, which when added to the $99 Angie's List purchase for 1 hour of work, brought my total to $142. A great value for the work that was done.

Description of Work: Contact was made with company today and discussed the needs re requested. During phone discussion we were asked to perform a few visual inspections tasks inside and outside of the home to truly determine if this service was required. After several checks and reply to service provider, it was determined that a plumber was not needed. So the confirmation was never made with CAPPS Plumbing resulting in services not required. I really appreciate the honesty of CAPPS Plumbing today! I will definitely call upon them in the future!!

Description of Work: They purged about 40 years of grease from our kitchen sink. And while he was there, he also snaked the washing machine drain. We appreciated that he was willing to add on the additional service while he was already there.

Description of Work: I had a shower drain that was plugged up. Tried and have been clearing this and this time it wouldn't budge. So I joined Angie's List and started researching plumbers and called three. The third one I called was CAPP and they were honest with me over the phone and told me the hourly rate and asked additional questions and told me they would call me back. The lady I spoke to talked to me before normal business hours and when she called back at 8:02 am, I was impressed. She stated the technician/plumber would be out after finishing a job close by my residence and would call me when he was on his way. At 10:00 I was called and he showed up at 10:30 am. He snaked the tub and no results. He then went through the trap and still wouldn't budge. He then went on the roof and still no results. However, he came back in and I removed two shelves of linens in the closet to give him more angle and he was able to get the snake in there and got the years of hair build up that I couldn't get to. He explained what he was doing and he was like a kid at Christmas when he pulled what was blocking the drain pipe. Needless to say this was a very positive experience. Thank you CAPP for your communication and for sending us a great plumber.
