+ -1 moreI have been getting the run around from the company even after being a loyal customer for 10 years. They tried to change the delivery price on me every time I call. They have a high employee turnover rate which I think says a lot. They just have horrible customer service.
Description of Work: I have been dealing with this company for at least 10 years. I've purchased 2 hot tubs that they've installed with a wooden over head trellis, years' worth of chemicals, and now I'm in the market for a new hot tub cover.
