C6 DISPOSAL

We pay for monthly disposal service from this company and we are always struggling with getting trash/vs their schedule. Today they didn’t pick up so I called Lisa. She told me the account was on hold for payment. I wasn’t aware so I immediately paid my balance.Today is Thursday, my trash wasn’t picked up and today is my trash day. She said it was too late too pick up. It was 2:15 when I called. She kept me on the phone for 40 min waiting on a manager. So I told her no problem but we aren’t getting charged for this week then correct? She yes you are being charged??? What??? So your refusing to pick up my trash on my pick up day when my account is paid in full yet your charging me??? Well, No ma’am, that’s breech of contract. I called back and Spoke with “Jenn with 2 N’s”. Same story! So I said well since your charging me and you haven’t came to pick up this week, can you pick up tomorrow? She says, “ yes for an additional fee”?????? WTH just happened? I feel like I just got D bo’d. Well I emailed and cancelled service. I am hiring another company immediately that starts with a “T” for less. They take their customers for granted and the reps are not educated on the routes or times or anything for that matter. Makes me wonder if the owner knows they operate like this or will he find out just before he goes bankruptcy?? DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ps checked their reviews on BBB….omg! Why didn’t I check BEFORE I hired them. I guess my bad!

DO NOT go with this company!!! It’s not possible to rate this company any lower. They have horrible customer service. Hidden clauses in their contract. Not only do they require 60 day written cancellation no matter the circumstances, but if you cancel prior to your hidden yearly renewal, you pay a 3 month cancellation fee. They constantly miss our pick up and argue that it was in my street. Disregarding the fact that I have cameras and they never came. Every rep I have ever dealt with is incompetent and you can never speak with a supervisor because it’s against company policy. Horrible service!!! Spoken with Tamara, Marissa and Annette and they all have horrible customer service skills. Very unprofessional!

BEWARE !!!!! The WORST service I have ever used. I own 9 properties and have service with Waste Management, Republic & C-6. Looking forward to the day my contract is up with C-6!!!!!!
