Have been my lawn care service for about two yrs; excellent mowing, trimming and other jobs as required

The first year seemed okay, but the second year, the drought has managed to kill most of what I had done. I do not know how much will come back next summer. Seriously thinking of Zero-scape.

Okay, but not great. C & R was toward the top end of the price range of estimates I received, but I decided to go with them based on the positive reports on Angie's list. Frankly, I was expecting really top notch service for the price and I have to say I was not overly impressed. * I had to follow up myself with some fine tuning on trimming of shrubs * I had them move several plants that weren't carefully placed * Several of the plants they installed were not properly back-filled with dirt * No bed prep prior to planting * Clean up could have been better, there was mud left on the sidewalk and driveway

The landscaper did a reasonably good job for me. They had to come back and do some work with my pipes because the tree roots went through the pipes. It went almost down where the city would have been responsible for it. I had to have the entire front yard dug up. So his people came out to level things up for me and then put little bit of grass down. I have zoysia grass in the front and it is a more heat tolerant grass. They were very good. They used to tell me that they would come on a particular day or call me the next day when I used to call them to come out and do something. They used to let me know if they would come out. The work they did was fine. I called them when I had a problem with the yard and I didn’t know what to do. They came out to look at the yard and told me the best way to handle it. It worked and it was just fine. It would be difficult for me to comment on their price since I don’t know the cost of grass, but I did know the cost of the labor. The landscaper had 2 or 3 guys out here for getting the work done. So I felt that the price was reasonable based on that. They were very responsive. I called them and left a message on their voice mail when I started having trouble with the grass in the backyard. The landscaper called me back that night and he was out here 2 days later. They were here whenever they said they were going to be here.

Once they got started on my yard it only took two days to finish.

I called and left a message to obtain an estimate to mow and edge my front and back yard. Since I did not get a call back, I called again the following day. I was told I would get an estimate by the end of the day. When I did not recieve an estmate I called and left a message the following day. When I got home there was an estimate in an envelope at my front door. I called to agree to the estimate. A day or two later I recieved confirmation of when someone would mow and edge my front and back yard. The team arrived to my house about 10 mins early and got to work. They did an excellent job and did not require prompting to try to keep the debris out of the pool. They also used a blower to clean up the concrete areas. I would of given the business all As if I had not needed to make follow up phone calls. Other than that, I am pleased with the service and the professionalism of the business. I will consider them in the future.

They gave me a written estimate so I knew exactly what I was paying for. They were professional & knowledgeable. They were easy to work with & they were on time.
