Description of Work: Interior painting

Description of Work: Painted most of the interior, and in one bathroom removed wallpaper and taped/floated sheetrock. Also, painted burglar bars.

Description of Work: Services performed were to paint the interior entrance way, stairwell, ceiling in stairwell and upstairs hallway.

Description of Work: The kitchen and breakfast area in the house we purchased had some kind of ugly grasscloth paper. We had painted most of the house ourselves, and were advised by a local paint company to first use oil base primer on it, and then it should paint fine. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and the more effort and money we put into it, the worse it looked. We were about ready to move in, so I looked on Angie's List for some help. I called C & N because of the excellent reports on their profile. They came over the next day, and gave me an estimate and a couple of different options. They said we could save some money by removing the wallpaper ourselves, and gave us some advice on how best to do it. Because our job was rather small, they were able to work us in between jobs. They estimated the work would take 3 1/2 days, but it took less than 3 days to complete. They did a great job of fixing the mess we had made!

Description of Work: Performed all necessary preparation and repairs prior to painting all interiors (walls, ceilings, doors, shutters, built-ins) of a 2500 sq. ft house and a 1200 sq.ft. poolhouse with complex color scheme (7 different colors, at least 2 colors in each room.) Painted all wood surfaces in oil, walls and ceilings in latex. Had to mix colors for ceilings.

Description of Work: Nancy and Cynthia were very responsive when I called to get a bid. They came by to look at the job, gave me a bid immediately, and were able to fit me in with their busy schedule. They did an excellent job of priming the walls and putting 2 coats of paint to cover the darker paint. Very neat and fast!

Description of Work: I had my entire interior (approx. 1300 square feet) painted. They primed one room that was a dark color and then painted every room with two coats. They also painted the ceiling of one room. In addition they repaired some weathered boards on the outside of my house and primed and painted my entire garage.

Description of Work: They painted the entire room including a closet and shelves. They hung and painted an interior door, they installed a lock, and installed two accordion-type doors and blinds. The door didn't fit correctly so the girl took it out to the truck and did some planing on it.

Description of Work: Repaired sheet rock after removing fabric from bedroom walls, staples held the fabric on and left "thousands" of little holes. Painted hallway while first coat dried on bedroom walls.

Description of Work: Date work done 02/04/08. Painted all room walls, baseboard, window trim. No Ceilings except for high Master Ceiling. Painted Several doors including Garage Door. Painted and Caulked Stairway railing. Taped and Floated Stress Cracks on walls, Replaced Base moulding around door. Re-attached bathroom cabinet drawer front. Replaced and painted back exterior. Total area painted approx 2700 square feet in 2 story house.

Description of Work: Louvered doors replaced and painted. Numerous wall cracks and mars repaired and painted, and an exterior breeze way and door trim painted. We intend to use them for final preparation for sale of house.

Description of Work: Kitchen cabinets that were stained were sanded, primed, & painted. They painted 3 bedrooms and the living & dining room. They removed popcorn texture from the ceiling & shot it with new texture. They painted exterior trim.

Description of Work: C&N performed various reports around the interior of my house. Wallpaper was removed from kitchen and both bathrooms. This was replaced with texture and paint. Skylight in master bath was re-sealed. Shower in master bath was re-sealed after leak. Sheet rock and carpet in adjoining closet was replaced Base boards and carpet were replaced in dining room Walls in living room and dining roon were painted. Texture and paint was applied to the celings in master bath, living room dining room and kitchen
