+ -1 moreThey could've been a little cleaner but besides that, I think they did a good job. It was not easy to do what they need to do and they do it very well. I have to say I was satisfied with my experience as well as with my unit.
Description of Work: They completely replaced my air conditioner and heating unit. They replaced it with a 5 ton high efficiency unit.

+ 0 moreDon was very personable and polite and he showed up on time. He also took time to answer all my questions. After they left I notice that they left some plastic sheeting they used as a ground cover under my house. I thought they should have taken it with them. Overall I think they did a great job and I am happy with the service.
Description of Work: Bought pier and beam house built in 1953. House inspector said tub drain was corroded and needed to be replaced. Bath tub drain was running slow. Don from CA Woods gave estimate of three and a half hours for one guy to dig around P-trap for access and to replace. On the day the work was scheduled Don (the did the original estimate) showed up with an helper. After beginning the work they determined that a T-shape piece of piping was also corroded and needed to be replaced. They finished in two and a half hours. The price they quoted was the price the charged even though there was an additional section of pipe replaced and two guys worked on the job.

+ 0 moreTHE PERSON WAS VERY PRESENTABLE, NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY, AND WORKED VERY HARD AND EFFECIENTLY.
Description of Work: HE REPAIRED A CLOGGED TOILET IN ONE OF THE BATHROOMS AT OUR RESTAURANT. IT REQUIRED PIPE WORK.

+ -1 moreWE CALLED CA WOODS AND SOMEONE WAS SENT OVER THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON TO LOOK AT THE AC. WE WERE TOLD THAT IS WAS A MINOR PROBLEM AND THAT THE AC UNIT NEED TO BE FLUSHED OUT WITH BLEACH AND OTHER CHEMICALS. THIS WAS DONE BY CA WOODS AND THE LEAK WAS FIXED. WE RECEIVED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE HONESTY AND THE PRICE.
Description of Work: WE WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH OUR AC. THE UNIT WHICH IS IN THE ATTIC WAS LEAKING AND WATER WAS LEAKING ONTO THE PAN WHICH SITS UNDER THE UNIT. OUR GUEST BATHROOM IS RIGHT UNDERNEATH THIS UNIT IN THE HOUSE. WE NOTICED A SMELL AND REALIZED THE AC UNIT WAS LEAKING. WE WERE CONCERNED THAT WATER WOULD SOON LEAK INTO THE HOUSE.
