Great friendly customer service agent on the phone arranged our initial service immediately. The service technician was friendly and thorough. We are in the middle of a remodeling project, and wanted to get someone out to treat the while the baseboards were off, but two rooms were full of construction material and parts were just inaccessible. John assured me that once those areas were cleared, which should be in a week or so, they would come back free of charge.
