Very professional. On time,

They were prompt to reply, arrived on time, and performed the requested service in a timely manner. No long term contract to sign, which was a plus.

Friendly and thorough. They even came back out a second time for a follow up treatment for silverfish at no charge.

I like that I have an assigned person (Roy) to my account. Also hired them for my rental property.

I need to wait and see if any bugs come back before I can truly rate them. They did come the same day I called and seemed to do a good job.

I liked the fact that they called first thing after asking for an exterminator, their initial cost was a good value for the money, they did the service quickly and on time. I also used them for service on my deceased mother's property as well and recommended them to my son for servicing his property.

Be careful when you give them a check, the driver keeps in lock box inside his truck until he comes into office. This could be more than a week and I think this is NOT GOOD. Does this company understand IDENTITY theft? Otherwise, the service seems to be good and the price is reasonable. They have several pricing packages to choose from.

Technician was on time, knew what to do, did it and was very professional. Total time on site was about an hour.

Today was my initial service. Ryan was on time very polite and talked about what services he was performing. Having a little one follow him around as an assistant was great for my son as well. Thanks Ryan for the great customer service. I'm sure the quality of work perform will be outstanding as well. Time will tell.

We just bought a home and it had spiders in the basement. They were clear in their explanation of the problem and that it would take more than one visit (spiders are tricky). The second visit was free. Great job.

They offer more natural pest control solutions. They were willing to do what I wanted and work with me. I have had them come several times now and really like their service. I would highly recommend them!
