My neighbor broke a pipe that was going to my house. There was a lot of water spilling everywhere, and I called Bueno Plumbing because they had some good comments and reviews online. They came out and worked on getting the leak stopped. I paid them for their work. Within a couple of months the same connection started leaking again, but it was a slow leak. I called them back and they came out. I called them four times in total, and they came out twice. They never repaired the leak. Over time the water use was tripled, so I asked them if they would at least give me invoices. They said that they were moving to a different location and were unable to locate my files and paperwork. They just couldn't help me with it, so I called a different plumbing company. They also refused to come back and repair it. They did not want to honor the 90 day warranty. They said they had done enough work on our water leak, and said it was probably my neighbor who kept running over it causing it to break or damage it. I later hired another company. They found out that the pieces used to repair the leak were defective. They showed me the part that had failed. It was not due to pressure or anything. Maybe the connection wasn't tight enough. I told Bueno Plumbing what had happened, and they claimed no responsibility. They said they had done the work and that I was just trying to get my money back and they weren't going to do so and so forth. So I called the Better Business Bureau and reported the problem. We went back and forth with e-mails. They said they didn't care about their ratings on the Better Business Bureau and that they had done all they could. At the end there was nothing that anyone could do. I called the Attorney General and he said that it should be handled by the Plumbing Association in Austin, Texas. I pay two plumbing companies. It was a waste.
