Description of Work: Found source of unusual, loud noise...the toilet. Replaced inside of toilet. Workmen solved the mystery and then drove all the way downtown [26 mi. one way] to pick up the parts so that we would not have to wait the normal one or two days to use this bathroom. Excellent service.

Description of Work: A water pipe on our second floor within the space between the floor and ceiling of 1st floor broke and leaked. Bryco made a quick appointment, arrived on time, fixed the leak, and charged a fair price. Wish they could have repaired the drywall damage they had to do to access the pipe, but that's not their fault...

Description of Work: Garbage disposal side of kitchen sink plugged up. Called Bryco. Person on phone was professional and friendly. Told me they would definitely be out by early evening. They called mid afternoon and said they were on way. They arrived, I showed them where the problem was and they (OJ and Alfred) went to work. completely dismantled the under sink plumbing and had it all fixed and cleaned up within about a half hour. Charged me $90 for one hour (min) labor and $6 fuel surcharge. I thought it was a fair price and a quality job. Richard Williamson

Description of Work: I had two water faucets that I thought were soldered joints. Bryco gave me a price for the repair. The plumber determined immediately that it was a threaded joint. It took him 15 minutes to change the faucets, but he charged me the full quoted price for soldered joints.

Description of Work: The cutoff valve in my front yard between the water meter & house started leaking about the first part of June.Because a large ring of green grass grew around it I let it go until Aug 14.It was the only green grass I needed to mow & was nice to look at until you remembered what caused it. I got on here & picked out 2 plumbers to call for estimates.Made a date to come on Mon 17 for estimate,The other one charged quite a large fee to come out so I came back to the list & chose Bryco.They also came out on Mon to give me an estimate. The first Co.said it would cost between $250.& $350. Bryco came out & said they charged $100.00 an hour plus parts. All 4 of the guys were very courteous. polite & dressed in uniforms.After 2 days of thinking about it I settled on Bryco. Called them back & made the appointmate for Fri,21.The office said they would be at my house between 9-9:30 am. They were here at 8:45,had the valve out by 9, new one in by 9:15 & was finished at 9:45 am.They charged me for one hour & for the new valve.My nightmare over this problem was someone spending hours on digging & the cost of the valve. I could not have been more pleased with the way they handled my problem.I have never had a service call to my home go so smooth. The one thing that really amazed was the short time it took to get the valve unsrewed.It has not been touched in the 42 years we have lived here.
