They arrived right on time and wasted no time in getting the new commode installed and the old one removed.

It took Todd 6 hours to dig up the 3 valves that were under a cement patio & also under a wooden deck that was over that. He did a good job. Checked everything out so he could check any leaks that were still there.He also left a clean area. I was very pleased with him. He had been here before to do a job, & I was impressed with him then & am still impressed with him. I will definitly call them again.

They installed a new sink and faucet. We were having new counters installed. They fixed a specific day and time. They came when they promised to and did the job.

The 2 gentlemen who came were very responsive and good. It was the second time that I hired them. The first time they came was in the last year, as I had to have a new faucet put, in my bathroom sink. They did the job and I was very pleased. The second time I hired them was in July of 2009 to fix the shower head which was leaking and also to fix the drain cover which was loose. Since, I had very old faucets in the shower; they cracked while the plumber was taking them off. So, he went to buy a new faucet and was able to find the same type of faucet to go in there, which was excellent. I wanted new stuff for my bathroom, but they said that they had to upgrade the whole shower. Later on, the plumber found something that could be replaced which looked exactly like what I had before. I feel I was overcharged, but they had to go and get the required parts. They like to be paid for what they do. They were very good at their job and didn?t leave anything. They cleaned up after the work was done. Since the shower drain cover was loose, he could not repair it. However, he put some glue to that and now it has stayed. I was very pleased with what they did, as they fixed everything. Eventually I want to upgrade my complete bathroom, but the plumber really upgraded to the modern type of things. They were really good and I still think that they were a little higher than what I anticipated. I will call them again in the future, if I have any problems.

I was told that it would be a week before anyone could come out to perform the estimate. I was patient and waited the week. The plumber arrived on the day scheduled and followed me through the house taking notes. We discussed two options. He told me that he would need to crunch the numbers back at the office and would then send me the two separate estimates. After a week without hearing from Bryco, or receiving anything, I called and talked with a secretary who said she would check into it. I never heard back, never received anything, and I feel that this company, despite their overall good reviews, has simply wasted my time. If you're not interested in the job, tell me, then I can hire someone who is!

They were prompt and responsive. They were friendly and knowledgeable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

This company was recommended by my insurance carrier, who called them for me. I am an absentee owner and they called me to schedule the service, called while on site, and called when they completed the repair. They left the pipe replaced exposed so I could inspect the work when I arrived in town, then did an excellent job filling in he pipe trench. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, communication and neatness.

Approaching the weekend we experienced a water leak from an undetectable source near a downstairs half-bathroom. The leak grew progressively worse as the weekend arrived but was primarily draining externally. After managing to try to extend the service need into the regular work week by shutting the main service off, we decided to find someone to that could respond on Sunday morning. We used Angie's List to narrow down our selection to Bryco Plumbing Co. They were prompt even on a Sunday morning. They went to work quickly, explained their course of action, found the source of the leak, and repaired it well. We had to pay extra to respond after-hours but overall it was not nearly as bad as we expected. According to Bryco we paid about $100 extra for the after-hours work but, this seemed reasonable when considering that we thought the cost of work could have been much higher. We are very satisfied with the repair and much relieved.

Very well - fast. Friendly associates. Offered me a coupon and the service was outstanding. I paid what was expected and they did a good job.

Excellent from start to finish. Appointment was made over the phone at a date and time that I proposed. Time came that they were to arrived and the phone rang. It was the Bryco installers saying they had run into an accident on the way and would be delayed about 10 minutes. Ten minutes later they were here and went right to work. I had been told it would take from one to one and one-half hours to do the job. They were finished in one hour, including cleanup and hauling away the old toilets and containers for the new.

Excellent. Charged for one hour and parts. On time, polite and professional. Will use to replace toilet this week and will follow up with a report

I was informed that the water heater was bad and needed to be replaced. And that is what I needed to know.

I read about Bryco on Angie's list and my insurance company also recommended them. They came out promptly. They fixed the leak as scheduled. They did everything that they said they were going to do for a reasonable price.

On a Saturday morning, we noticed water leaking out from under a bathroom vanity. Water was also leaking onto the floor of the garage, which is adjacent to the bathroom. We called Bryco and left a message with someone (maybe the answering service). They called back w/in 10 or 15 minutes and said that they could be here in about 1 hour. They arrived when they said would. They homed in on the location of the problem and repaired the leaky pipe.

I've been using Bryco for about 30 years. They have always been extremely prompt and extremely honest. They have really reasonable prices. They don't try to do any extra work that you don't want to pay for, they only do what you ask of them.

They are very reliable and punctual. Also, their prices are competitive. They will come out if there is an emergency at any time, so it is possible to have them out on the weekends. The price above is for a faucet repair, but I have also had them out for a water heater problem.

I had a leaky outdoor valve. They went as close to the foundation as possible to fix it, so they did not have to drill into the foundation. I found that their price was very fair and reasonable.

The first Bryco employee removed the "old stuff" and discovered problems with the tile support materials for the sink. He suggested that he stop his services [& billing} so we could remedy the situation ourselves before he installed the new sink. We called the following day with tile repairs done, Bryco sent two employees who installed the sink, faucet, and necessary plumbing, charging us at the rate of one plumber per hour. They worked hard and very professionally. Both employees offered helpful suggestions about maintenance and cleaning of the new sink. They also hauled the old materials away. We are immensely pleased with their work.

Whenever we used water in more than one place at a time in our house (say we turned on the washing machine and a faucet), the pipes behind one of our walls would shake violently and the water would sometimes start to flow in a pulsing fashion. Bryco fixed the problem by replacing an outdoor pressure valve at the water main. They also installed a tank on the water heater for reasons I don't quite understand. Supposedly, it was code to do so, and it could somehow relieve a build-up of pressure.

I was really impressed with their capability to do their work well. Their cost is just as good as their professionalism. They always focused on the task at hand and I would recommend them to everyone.

It was done effectively and quickly. They are extremely fast and knowledgeable. Efficiency is a key to this organization. They will follow up on any thing that you feel was not done correctly which has only been once for me in the last two years. They came back and fixed the problem immediately.

I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism exhibited by everyone I came in contact with at this company. They fixed the leak in a short time and explained what they did and why. The price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

Crew came out to look at the problem and within 45 minutes fixed the problem. I called 3 other companies and they all wanted to charge over $275.00. Very reliable and PROFESSIONAL company. Would recommend it over and over again.
