Bryco responded quickly. Alfred wasted no time in draining the old heater and installing the new one. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but I guess that's due to new code requirements that had to be met. When Alfred was done you couldn't tell that he had been there (except for the new heater of course). I have used Bryco in the past for plumbing jobs that I couldn't handle myself and plan to do so in the future.

They replaced the leaking water heater supply lines and reset the heater in according to local requirements. If the plumber who installed the heater had known the rules it would have made things easier. They made sure everything was installed properly before they left. Will definitely use again.

After shutting the water off in the bathroom, they carefully removed the toilet and installed the new one in its place. Caulking around the base was neatly done. The removed faulty toilet was then carefully packed in the box for return. Total job took about 1 hour!

Called and asked if they charged by the hour or menu pricing, menu pricing gets very expensive. Bryco charges by the hour, 1st 15 mintues is travel time, after that pay for how long they work. I supplied 2 bathroom faucets, had 2 sink drains cleaned, basket strainer replaced and 3 outside faucets replaced, all for around $200. Great work, prompt, effecient and affordable.

I needed to replace an InstaHot at my kitchen sink before the Thanksgiving holidays. I contacted Bryco to do the work, they came and installed the InstaHot replacement unit, however after they left I realized it did not work, (so much for my InstaHot during the Thanksgiving holidays). I called them back and they came out and removed the unit so that I could return it, as it was "defective". I purchased the second unit from a plumbing supply co. (Bryco suggested a different manufacturer), I had to purchase this particular one and a separate faucet (this was not one unit as the previous had been), they came and installed that one, only to have it not work as well, it was "defective". They again had to come back and remove that particular one so that I could return it to the plumbing company, but the plumbing company informed me they would not return the faucet portion of the purchase because it was not defective, they would only return the "defective" mechanism that went under the sink. I then had to purchase a completely different unit, as the particular one that Bryco told me to buy was completely wrong, according to the plumbing supply company. They directed me what ultimately was the correct unit that I purchased which came with a faucet. At this point, I was quite frustrated and asked to speak to the owner of Bryco and suggested he send someone who knew what they were doing ( I had a hard time believing I had purchased two "defective" units, from two different manufacturers), he agreed to send a different plumber for the installation and agreed that he would not charge me for the last installation. However, I had already paid for 4 different service calls and purchased a faucet I did not need and I could not return. The Bryco owner said he could not reimburse me for the faucet or any of the repetitive service calls. All of this took place over a 4 week period and 5 trips to our home to install a small instaHot water dispenser which should have been a 1 hour installation. I am not sure their employees were very well trained for the job.

The plumbers showed up on time, were pleasant, kept us informed during the job and completed the work in the estimated time.

They responded to an emergency call since I had a gas leak. they were prompt and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very fast time frame.

originally thought it was an air conditioning leak. they explained the direction of the leak from the bathroom and how it had originated from a slow leak in the fixture. they were helpful and knowledgeable and finished the repair in a timely manner.

Very satisfactory work and I intend to make them our regular plumber.

When I called Bryco for a quote, the woman that I spoke with informed me that I would also need to have an expansion tank installed on my water heater due to a recent change in the building code. She quoted me $650 for both items to be completed, and a competitive quote was slightly higher, so I contacted Bryco to come out. They arrived on time, and DJ explained what they would do and that they could complete the job for a lower cost by calculating for time and materials only. I said that I was thrilled about saving money, and they set off to their work. They completed the job in about 2 hours and the total bill was $397, a savings of over $250! I will call Bryco for any future plumbing needs that my family has, and willingly refer friends and family to this wonderful company.

This was the first time using Bryco's plumbing service. The plumber, D.J., was prompt, courteous and very professional. He went straight to work adding a 2 gallon expansion tank to our hot water heater located in the attic. He also added a vacuum breaker because the hot water heater didn't have one already. The plumber was very neat and timely in completing the job. Once finished he showed me what had been done and explained how it worked. He also added the suggestion of keeping the plumbing clean from the AC thats also located in the attic by pouring bleach down the drain. I would definitely use Bryco plumbing again.

I called the company about re-routing my washer drain to my septic tank. (it was going out in the yard) Two men came out at the appointed time and did the work very quick, in about 2 hours. I was very pleased with their work and their professionalism. The price was reasonable and the estimated price they quoted me. I would use this company again.

Used Bryco several times on my residential rental properties, and they were prompt, and did not perform un-necessary work, honest and courteous to my tenants and myself.

Our hot water heater died sooner than we expected so we were left with no hot water one morning. We had used Bryco in the past and they did good work. We tried calling Lowe's because of the signs around the hot water heaters saying installation was around $200 and they said that it would be about $1200-1500 so we called Bryco back and told them to come do the work. The work was within the estimate, they were punctual and explained what they were doing. We needed some kind of pressure relieve valve on top because code had changed in the ten years since we built the house. The size that we had before would have been special order, so we had to settle for a 50 gallon size that was in stock. It just seemed awfully expensive to install a water heater that retails for about $100.00. In the end, the work was done well and I haven't had to think about it since the installation because of the high quality of workmanship. The work was completed in the same day including estimate, order, installation and removal because we went with the in stock heater.

Very wet living room carpet finally caused me to look into a sound that for days I had considered was an electrical humming. Instead, I had a pipe that was spraying into the wall of the house. My regular plumber was out of town for the day and I was desperate to get someone out as quickly as possible. I was blessed that Bryco had workers in the area, and they had the problem solved very quickly. The hole they cut in the drywall was as small as possible. Very nice guys, too.

My phone battery died so it had to charge for an hour. I never heard from the company even at 0920 the next morning. The woman that answer stated that the service rep called a few times the evening before and it went to voicemail. I did not receive a message on the voicemail. i also stated that I could have received a call in the morning. I was then told that I would not be able to know if someone could come out until after 1230. I informed them I would contact someone else for the job.

We have used Bryco for all of our plumbing needs for several years because they are very professional and prompt. Kevin has been the technician here several times and we do appreciate his pleasant attitude.

They were able to do the work quickly. They got the work done. They were able to get the parts. They charged minimum for the amount of time they were here. There were two guys who worked full time. I was very happy with them I would use them in the future. I would revert back to them when I have any plumbing problem.

From the phone call to service completion, the experience was great. They called to confirm their arrival time and were very prompt. I was impressed that they covered their shoes in order to keep the floors clean and clearly communicated what they would do and the cost.

It went great! I called them for availability and 30 minutes later they were at my door. They were extremely nice and professional and explained to me in detail the issue that was causing the running toilet. They repaired above and beyond the individual parts that were broken so that my toilet remained in top working order. It also only took them about 45 minutes.

I have used them a couple of times and they are very good. They are very reliable and very reasonable. They are very good at explaining about what they are doing. They came out as soon as I could get hold of them. Their quality is very good.

They were very responsive. The gentleman who worked with me was very friendly. I wound up not using them because insurance stepped forward and took care of the problem. I would have gone with them. They were great. The people who came to give the estimate were very professional. They were able to answer all of my questions. They gave me some ideas that I hadn't even considered. They were very polite. They were out shortly after I called.
