+ -1 moreAn appointment was made to get an estimate for a new entry for an automatic driveway gate. Mr. Leyendecker did not show at the scheduled time even though he was called approximately 30 minutes before the appointment informing him that we were on our way to meet him, and asked him to let us know if he needed to cancel to call back and let us know. Approximately 15 minutes after he was supposed to be there, we called Mr. Leyendecker again and he said he just wasnt able to make the appointment. He never called, as requested and wasted an hour of our valuable time and due to the time of day the appointment was scheduled losing 2 hours of work time.
Description of Work: No services were performed due to Mr. Leyendeckers inability to keep an appointement or to even call and reschedule an appointment, instead he left us sitting and waiting.
