Description of Work: Outside window cleaning provided for 2 single story homes. They did a nice job and showed up when they said they were going to. There were 2 ways in which they could do better: We had to remove all the screens in the house - it would have been better if they provided this service. They could not wash one window in the front of the home because of a bush. They should have an extension or ladder that would have allowed them to reach it.

They had called and said they wouldnot be here until4.Called me about anhour before they arrived and told me that all the screens should be removed. I thought that was a little late to let someone know to remove screens on a 2 story house.I had assumed they would do that.I am a widow and live alone.

Description of Work: Cleaned upper and lower windows of house, and two pairs of french doors and one exterior glass door; they were polite, courteous and only had a problem with one window which they were not able to completely clean due to the pitch of the roof on which they had to stand. They moved one plant in a plant stand and knocked some of the dirt out of the pot. Outside of that, I have absolutely no complaints and would use them again.
