They're fine. They did an excellent job.

It went great. Hector & his assistant were very professional, constantly cleaning up after themselves. After they left, I realized that 2 windows weren't relocked & I couldn't get them to lock. (Our house is over 32 years old & we probably had some shifting.) I called Hector, who was now about half way across town...at the end of the day, & he came back across town & helped me lock those difficult windows. I'd recommend the company to anyone.

Brightview Services did a really good job. Honestly, it was a little tough because they kept cancelling. They always have an excuse like the truck broke down or the weather was not looking good or they have no time to get us in. It was cancelled three or four times and it was a little frustrating because I've taken time off and have been waiting for them. I'm sure that most of it was legitimate but I just was a little frustrated with it. When they finally did get here which I wasn't sure they were going to make it but it finally did it, it took a long, long time for them to finally get here, they did do a good job. They charged more because they had to take the screens off but I'm sure that's typical. Overall, they did a good job but it wasn't as smooth as I've expected. I understand they're subject to weather but it was quite a hassle. We paid additional $70-$80 on top of the big deal, somewhere around there for removing the screen. I don't know if I'm going to use them again. I might use them if we got it real clear upfront what was expected.

They did a good job. They got them all clean, and the guy was a very pleasant young man, and he moved some of the furniture to get to the windows. I was pleased with the overall professionalism and courteous.

Our windows look amazing I almost feel hooked with their services. Once you get clean windows you always want them that way. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything turned out fine and I was satisfied with their work. Scheduling was fine but I did have to wait a while to get an appointment since they were busy but they were very communicative during the process. One cleaner was here doing the work and it didn’t take more than a couple hours to complete. He explained what he was going to do in the appointment and why.

It took three appointments before they finally came. I requested the service in December and they did not do it until the middle of February. They counted 19 windows and I let them know I do not have 19 windows and he said I did. I only have 15 windows in my home including my doors. They did not clean underneath the windows as they only clean under the screens. They do not wash the window track they just brush them off from what he said. I let them know the garage windows and a window over a shower did not need to be done. I felt the price was very high and I am glad that I had the coupon as they let me know it would have been $189.00 without that which I thought was very exorbitant. I planned on having it done before Christmas as I initiated three days and they never called. One of the guys did put booties on to not damage the floor. They were somewhat professional but I would not use them again. They did come at the time agreed when they showed up.

They were absoultely wonderful. Due to bad weather we had to push back the service. They honored our coupon even though it was expired. They were very professional and we would use them again. They did an excellent job!

I called several times and never heard back from them. I called Angie’s List and they refunded the money for the Big Deal.

Great work, punctual and very reasonably priced. We used their window cleaning before and now had our driveway pressured washed. It hasn't looked that clean in years. Very good work.

The coupon listed whole-house; however they only covered 16 windows for that price. They were not very responsive to the call to schedule appt; and cancelled 2 times (once due to vehicle problem and one due to weather). We took off all the screens prior to the visit and cleaned the inside of all windows but then had to wait 2 months for the outside to finally get done. The quality of the work was fine.

Hector Sepulveda and his assistant arrived at the appointed time. The windows in this 38 yr old Florida room hadn't been professionally cleaned during the 9 yrs I've been in the house, though I'd washed them each summer with the hose and a brush. Some of the windows had "permanent" markings that didn't come off when I washed them. No matter what I did, the windows didn't clean well. The two men removed all of the screens and washed each window thoroughly inside and out. They rinsed out the channels at the bottom as well removing years of collected dust and dirt. They brushed the screens and cleaned the frames. They cleaned the glass surfaces carefully with their solution and using steel wool. Their careful squeegee technique left a flawless surface. No drips. No dribbles. This morning with the sun on the room those "permanent markings" were gone and the windows almost disappeared. Great Job! The first 15 windows were part of a Big Deal (=$99.). The remaining windows and two doors with windows were cleaned (@12.50 ea) at a regular price.

Everything was handled very well with good communication between the workers and me.

Rescheduled twice. First time he doubled booked his appointments, 2nd time his truck broke down. Third time was the charm. Arrived on time and did a good job. |Not sure about small, thin windows counting the same as a regular, larger windows, though.....

I bought a big deal for window cleaning. I called them about 2 months later and they didn't have info on me and would call me back. I haven't heard from them since.

It was surprising how many different ways there are to define windows. Needless to say the $99 service turned into $360 based on their definition of our windows. We didn't just want to have 1/4 of our windows cleaned to make use of the $99 special, so we paid the extra to have them all done. I would not use them again.

It was very good. I had them do a couple of other things that didn't come in the package. The total cost was somewhere around $150 including $84. We were very satisfied with the job! We were running into bad weather and we had to cancel out two or three times but it wasn't their fault.

This company refused to honor my purchased certificate.

The service turned out excellent. I will use them again in the future. They were very nice young men and did a great job. I was very happy with their service.
