There were no issues with scheduling. The area I wanted to have pressure washed was larger than that what the deal offered. They credited the square footage that there deal offered and I paid the regular additional costs. They completed the job in about two hours. They pressure washed the front walks, driveway, and brick walls that surround our shrubbery. Everything worked out fine.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. There was a little bit of confusion on a few things. They wanted to charge me twice for one window. Once for the upper pain and once for the lower one. During the conversation he agreed to just charge me once for one window both top and bottom. He did a good job, all the windows are clean. After we talked about it, he said oh I'm sorry, I am going to charge you for one window but cleaning both parts. Once we agreed on the price he did a very good job.

People should call and confirm the details of this deal before buying it.

My windows were clean. They do an excellent job. They come in, they don't make mess into your house, they covered their feet and there is no water slopped anywhere. They just do a real professional job.

I made an appointment for the 14th of May. Was given a choice of arrival times for the provider. I chose between 11AM and 1PM. The provider arrived at 1PM and measured the area to be power washed. I had already taken advantage of 1,000 square feet for $99. Since the area was more than 1,000 square feet I paid $107.12 including tax for the remaining area. I am completely satisfied would recommend Bright View for power washing.

We have used him a couple of times. They do pretty good work. The last time, I had a big deal, so I had to remove the screens and clean them, because they were not included in the big deal. They have come out before and they have done fine. I would use them again.

I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago. My appointment was at 2pm. Hector called me around 11:00 to let me know he may be early. They actually arrived at 12:30. They cleaned all outside windows and some inside windows. They did an awesome job. They cleaned approximately 30 windows and they were done within 1.5 hours and my windows are spotless. I have used them before and I will definitely us them again in the future.

The service washed all the windows on the outside of the house (two story). In addition, they washed the window screens. The price was reasonable and the windows look great.

Not much to say, really. They showed up, they professionally cleaned all the windows we asked them to clean and the difference was AMAZING! Their company is well named (BRIGHTVIEW) because the difference their service makes just seems to make the whole house sparkle inside! I had no idea what a difference it would make to have our windows professionally cleaned. Well worth the price!

When they came, it was raining, so they were able to do the inside of the windows. However, it was difficult to get them to come back out and do the exterior of the windows. Eventually they were able to come back out and finish the job.

My experience with them went fine. I think I had them do the number of windows that they could do for $99. They came and did their job. They were great. They were certainly professional and punctual. There were no problems.

I wasn’t very happy with the service. I should have paid more attention to the details of the deal. It doesn’t make much sense to just clean only one side of the window.

The advertisement was misleading it said they were going to clean both the inside and outside windows. I paid $99.00 to Angie's List but when they came out to clean the windows I ended up having to pay an extra $128 and they only cleaned the outside windows. They charge for each pane which is not in the advertisement. They did break one of my panes and I will have to wait and see if they fix it as promised. Overall I was happy the windows they did clean looked great I will probably use them again.

Everything turned out well. The two-man team showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and did an excellent job with the screens and windows. They even wore booties while in the house and offered a military discount. My father-in-law said that he would need to wear sunglasses in the house because the windows were so clean.

It seemed to me that he said one thing on the phone and them changed it when they showed up. They wanted $10 per window pane (not one window top and bottom), one side only which seems a little pricy for a few minutes of work.I could see $10 for top and bottom panes inside and out, but not one piece of glass. I had them do what was included in the deal an no more. Overall not very satified with service. They did do a good job at the windows they cleaned.
