Description of Work: Was told they were not able to accomodate a working schedule for people that work m-f 8-5. Unable to utilize their services.

Description of Work: CLEANED ALL WINDOWS IN MY HOME INSIDE AND OUT

Description of Work: Washed all exterior windows on our one story house. Very good job. They were hard to get on the phone. I was dissappointed that my Angire's list coupon had expired by about 2 weeks, so I had to pay full price.

Description of Work: Washed the exterior of 15 windows which included two windows on the second floor. Crew arrived on a timely basis, introduced themselves, and immediately went to work. Windows were washed completely to our satisfaction within a short period of time. We would use their service in the future and would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: schedule times are not convenient and provider does not clean any crescent or half moon windows above stardard windows or doors. No sense to clean part of a window set and leave home owner to clean the more difficult windows to reach

Description of Work: My understanding of an approved window was completely different from the vendor's definition. His defintion was that an approved window could have one metal dividing strip. My interpertation was that my windows applied since they have the metal dividing strips - some of which would count as one window and, in some cases, one set of windows would count as two windows since there are two of the metal-divided sections that constitute one complete window. I did not feel comfortable having only five (5) windows qualify and paying an additional $90.00 to cover the remaining windows. Therefore, when I asked about a refund, he advised that I could request the refund from Angie's List which I have chosen to do. I'm sorry that the deal did not work out as I had hoped and perhaps he intended.

Description of Work: The company did not come on time. I had an appointment and had to leave. Since the service was on the outside of the house, I left a note about the 20 windows I wanted cleaned. The note left for me said front and sides except two windows. For good will, since they were late, I think those two windows should have been done considering how little time it takes for each window. Would I use this company again? I think you should add a "maybe" choice.

Description of Work: I called the company several times with no answer or return call. Finally received a call back on Feb. 20 and was told that they do not service my area. (south of SA- north of New Braunfels) Told me I had to request the refund through Angies list. Last special I purchase.

Description of Work: They cleaned all my windows. The work was excellent, the service was excellent and the price was very fair.

Description of Work: Once I reached the person doing the service, everything went very smoothly. They were punctual, very friendly and did an excellent job on my windows, even putting the screens back up. I will definitely us them in the in the future and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Never used it. I figured it was $100 down the drain.. They don'[t come to Seguin but I didn't know that at the time.

Description of Work: The person has not contacted me for service and I have had no answer to my phone call. Deal purchase 11/26 and here it is 12/17. Too late!

Description of Work: We paid to have all our outside windows cleaned, but alas, Mr. Sepulveda didn't approve of our windows. The windows had panes, and he doesn't clean windows with panes. Other windows had burglar bars,and he was unwilling to reach inside the burglar bars. None of these preclusions were mentioned in the deal. In the end, he cleaned 5 windows instead of fourteen. He was very nice, but not very accommodating. I didn't get what I paid for.

Description of Work: Cleaned all my windows except the arched window in the front. Did a great job. I was required to remove the screens prior to his arrival.

Description of Work: Hector and 1 helper arrived on time. They called earlier in the day to confirm appt and wanted to come at that time. We were not home, so they came out at previously scheduled time. Service was quick and clean. I did have him touch up a window that some spots were missed. And found another spot on other windows after he left. I will probably use him again, but will look at the windows closer the next time before I pay him. He does guarantee my satisfaction, I just don't think that I have enough of a gripe to bother him and it's not that big of a deal. Like I said, next time I will inspect windows before I cut him a check.
