Description of Work: I used a big deal, 30 window panes for $99, plus 9 more window panes and dusting screens. I have always washed my windows, so don't know if that is a good price or not. They were very professional, but I was disappointed that they could not remove the lime deposits on some windows. They are not allowed to use razor blades,understandable, and did not have a liquid to remove it.

Description of Work: Very prompt and nice in scheduling appt. On day of service I had to call 3 times d/t it raining before any one called. Rescheduled appt. Day of appt said they'd arrive between 11 and 1. Arrived at 1:10. Cleaned windows on outs ide. After they left I noticed that my two big picture windows looked VERY dirty. As they are two stories up couldn't tell if it was on inside or outside of glass. Called BV who said "Oh, yes, I noticed the inside was very dirty when I was cleaning the outside. I guess I should have mentioned something". If he had I would have paid extra to have him clean the inside. Scheduled return appt to clean inside. Day of appt he called and canceled saying he sent his crew home because it was misting and humid outside. I told him it wasn't misting at my house and, anyway, the windows were inside. He canceled anyway.

Description of Work: Placed $84.00 deposit and was told to call to set up appointment for window cleaning. Called twice, put on hold waiting for representative. Call terminated, left message to have them call me. Never happened. Will be calling MasterCard about refund. Do not use this service. It is listed as local but is not!

Description of Work: Nothing. The fine print made the service unusable for me. I have French windows and the additional cost for that feature would have more than tripled the price of the service so it was no longer a good deal.

Description of Work: Upon arrival, provider said he didn't know I had a two story and the solar screens were a problem. He said they provided power washing also and if I wanted, they could power wash our driveway and sidewalk. I scheduled the power wash for a later date so that I would not lose my money but this was not why I contracted them in the first place.

Description of Work: The first appt was canceled due to his truck breaking down. we rescheduled. When I called to make the appt he did tell me there was a limit to the number of windows he would do at the coupon price, 15 windows and that screens would cost extra. I removed the screens beforehand and decided I would get all of my upstairs windows done. When he arrived he said I only would get 5 upstairs windows and the rest could be downstairs. My front windows are elevated so I told him which 5 upstairs and added the elevated downstairs windows to the first floor. He refused to do those because he would have to use a ladder and that would take too much time, He would not make any money. Then, he offered to just give me a refund, because Angies list customers expect something for nothing and not to rate him since he did no work. He said he would not be using Angies list in the future. I have used other window cleaners in the past and have never encountered the arrogance of this "master window cleaner" before. It was a very frustrating experience.
