The deal was very specific to what was included and i'm sorry you felt you were gonna get all your windows cleaned for the based price. As with any offer it has limitations and details which detail what you will receive but somehow you and your wife thought we would do an unlimited amount of glass for the coupon price. In the future I would recommend reading the offer and making sure you understand it before purchasing. You can also call and ask questions before purchasing to make sure you don't purchase the wrong offer. Have a great day.

Also before we left we reminded you that we guaranteed all of our services and should there be anything your not happy you can call us and we would go back and rectify the issue. I'm sorry you never called us, as we would have gone back n touch up whatever needed touch up. In the future I would recommend you take advantage of that service. Have a great day.
